Hotel Wilton Wayanad

This is one of the best restaurants in Bathery, but what sets this property apart is the service. They are extremely customer centric and courteous and pays special attention to every guest. We stayed here for a night. Stay was comfortable. This is not a luxury hotel, but good enough for people who use the room for 8hrs of sleep. Very neat and clean rooms. Great breakfast! A big thanks to Sathar and his fabulous team.

Had a very bad experience staying at this hotel. I was there yesterday with my father on a work-related trip. We checked in and while going to the room I happened to see a waste plate right next to the lift, which was not taken away till I checked out today. In the room, the air-conditioner was a small tower a/c which has no cooling at all, even at 18 degrees. The power fluctuation was there the whole night and whenever it goes off had to switch on the mcb inside the room. ( the staff of the hotel showed it to us. )Could not get a proper sleep. Despite being the best hotel for food, with the reviews of film stars and politicians, we were served food that made my father sick and had to vomit a couple of times in the night as well as in the morning. The breakfast was sumptuous but puttu served was not freshly made. The housekeeping staff were all inside the guest rooms playing with their mobile and lying on the bed and chair, while I was going out. The bathrooms were clean and the linens were also clean. Despite seeing this I had to doubt the hotel's cleanliness. The food was not that great as per the reviews. My personal opinion would be average. The food was tasty enough to attract travelers as this hotel is beside NH. Don't know what they add to the food to attract tourists. I think they serve only good food to politicians and celebrities. You could only see their comments all over the restaurant.

Very much worth and visit tasty food great ambience attentive staff varieties of dishes located in heart of sultan bathery they provide kids chair kid plates and a drawing sheet which is very attractive and to me fish pollichath was remarkable

As a family we had a lovely dining experience at the hotel. We visited the place two days in a row and tried multiple dishes. The porotta they serve could probably be the best I've ever had. I would also recommend the Kalyana chore. I will definitely visit this place again

This hotel and the owner Mr Sattar is a case study. I was seriously gobsmacked to see the brilliance with which they handle the customers. I seriously dont know if I need to give an edge to their food or to their customer service. From parking to the service to the food, this place is full of surprise. But the most surprising element is the owner Mr Sathar himself and he truly amazed us with the way he treats the diners. We had met him in the morning during our stay and had a small talk where he advised us with the places we can go to and in the end asked us to give him a ring before we come to lunch that he can get us a table but since we had to go there abruptly as a friend of us were there for lunch and did not inform Mr Sathar. But to our surprise he identified us and quickly arranged a table for us in the packed restaurant. The foods were absolutely great and what makes it better is the quality that did not make the heavily binged food bloat our bellies unlike ***y other places. We had gone back next day with our friends and found the food with the same taste and consistency. There is not further testimony requires when 2 parathas and a bib bowl of beef did not make the stomach bloated and nudged you to sleep. This place will be the first place we will go to dine thenext time we are in Bathery. We also had a nights stay at Wilton and found the rooms one of the best we have been to. Big, Spacious, Clean, well kept and definitly worth the money

Disappointed as I lost huge amount of cash kept in my bag.i had gone down for breakfast for half an hour.within this time someone had taken away.i came to know that my money was stolen only after I left the hotel.contacted the staff but they denied.Be careful

Good place with a variety of options for both vegetarian and non vegetarians in Kerala, chinese and North Indian dishes also. Service is really good Portions are big and food is delicious. Apt location also

Food was so nice nd good ambience. Really like the chicken briyani, staffs are so nice.Veg foods are also so nice especially dal tadka and roti. Lemon drinks are also so nice here must visit place,so everyone should try here once.
