When we checked in, one of the rooms was not ready. Eventually when we got the room the air conditioner was not working and it was very cold and it was late at night after the music show. We didn’t get any help moving the luggage to the distant room.

Great hotel and resort. 1 downside was the pool bar closing at 5:30, after that there is nowhere to get food or drink without going to another hotel

In general, stay was good. But here are the cons:
The guests cant bring alcohol into the hotel. (That is a restrictive rule the hotels normaly dont have)
The general service could be better.

It was a pleasant stay however there are two points I wish to make , prior to arrival I sent message to hotel via ******* website requesting a lakeside view , the rooms allocated were as far away from the lake as you could get . The rooms were clean tidy and just what we needed but a couple of chairs for sitting outside on the porch in the excellent weather would have been appreciated.

I would like the staff members to be more efficient, the shower light was not working and when we called for help we were told that someone was coming to fix it. No one showed up even after multiple calls. WE SHOWERED IN THE DARK FOR THREE WHOLE DAYS!
