Affordable hotel. Good location. But a bit old. Staff have difficulty speaking English. There is a emart convenience store on the ground floor and sauna nearby.

This is where we booked our accommodation after visiting Boriim with my mother. We were glad to find a better place than we expected. It was exactly as seen on Trip.com. Aside from it being a bit chilly in the early morning, everything was great. The heating was a bit... haha.

The downside is that the combined heating and cooling unit is located directly overhead, so the unit is loud; it is noisy when the heating is on and cold when it is off. I heard the view was good. The water pressure is poor.

The sofa is old and sagging. The bathroom door is a curtain.

I booked this place after seeing reviews saying it was a great spot for night views. It was much, much better than I expected. The high-floor view was amazing! The night view unfolding through the floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides was breathtaking. I especially loved that the bedroom was divided into two separate areas. The room was large, so there was plenty of space. The night view from the bathtub was also fantastic. The parking lot was spacious, and the hotel's location was great, making it easy to visit the Suncheon International Garden. I will definitely visit again! I think I understand why this place is highly recommended when visiting Suncheon.

I was dumbfounded that a hotel like this still exists. After getting off the elevator, it felt like stepping into an oven in the hallway! The heat and smell were so bad it was hard to breathe. I can't even describe the level of dirtiness on the guest room floor. And the condition of the bathroom? Even if it's family, do I really have to listen to the sound of someone using the toilet? I couldn't even sleep because of the noise from the air conditioner... This hotel left me with bad memories of my trip to Suncheon. If you are currently looking to book this hotel, please think carefully. There might be better motels nearby.

It's so old... I heard it was the largest place in Suncheon, but I was disappointed 😭😭 It was spacious, though... I think a newly built motel would be better!

The room condition was very bad, and the carpet in particular was so uncomfortable to walk on barefoot. The bedding didn't look to be in good condition either.

I had a clean and comfortable stay. I plan to use this place again in the future. The staff service was also really friendly~ I had a great rest.

It is the largest hotel in Suncheon, but... it is not well-maintained. I think they need to reinvest. The carpets are dirty, the glass bathroom door is a bit inconvenient for a family stay, and none of the facilities are operational. It was built well, so it seems like it would be fine if they just managed it properly, but it is a shame.

The room was more spacious than I expected, so it was nice. However, there was no door to the bathroom, only a curtain... Perhaps because the hotel is a bit old, the exterior of the building looked worn. Still, I had a comfortable stay.

The hotel is certainly a bit dated, but considering the price compared to other regions, I liked that the room was spacious. The location wasn't bad either, and if I visit Suncheon again, I would be willing to stay here again.

The interior facilities are too old. I will never go there again.

The view is nice, but... The facilities are terrible. Since it is an old hotel, there is mold on the air conditioner, so the cleanliness is poor. There is no bathroom door. There is no curtain.
