Waterman Beach Village

Ideal to feel at home for a short stay.

Our family of four, (2 adults and 2 teen/tween) loved staying at the bungalows. The accommodation is simple but clean and the location is perfect for an unforgettable holiday. The beach is a five min walk, it’s stunning and never too busy. It’s a nice 10 minute stroll along the seafront to the town where there are lots of lovely restaurants by the harbour. The location is the perfect base for a holiday. It’s near the ferry for a day trip to Split and there are regular buses to lovely locations such as Bol. It felt very safe and friendly, we’d definitely recommend the Waterman Bungalows for a wonderful holiday

The location, the actual site, the accommodation, the staff, the facilities (loved the local way of cooking!), access to the beach and town were all perfect. Everything about this holiday and this island was superb. If you are wanting busy nightlife, though (which we didn't) this is not the holiday for you. During our stay we hopped on the ferry and spent a day in Split, and hired a car for 2 days to explore the island which was stunning. Just be sure to take plenty of cash as few places accept card. I honestly can't recommend this enough.

We stayed here from 29th June till the 8th July . The staff were brilliant , nothing was too much trouble for them and so friendly . I must give a special mention to Philip in the bar/ restaurant . He worked so hard , mostly on his own but did have a young lad help him later in the week . Such a polite young man always welcoming and friendly ! The beds in the bungalow was so comfortable we slept so well there. It was clean and had everything you needed for your stay. I did think the bungalow was a lot smaller than we thought it would be , but because we had a second bedroom , we could store clothes and suitcases etc in there . The location is brilliant high on the hillside with a lovely walk down to the pebble beach and about 20 minutes into Supetar . Back up the hill was a hike especially in the heat but we didn't mind it . The highlight for us was the beautiful sunsets it will stay with us forever .

Wow! What a lovely experience from the staff. Went out of their way to help and support us. They are so lovely and the bungalows are Truly gorgeous and plenty of room for the three Of us, today was my birthday and they presented me with a beautiful cake and wine! So unexpected and really took me by surprise. Thank you so much. So the holiday…. When we arrived we were told that the restaurant was closed until their staff had started but this was not a problem at all and the hotel went out of their way to provide us with taxi to their sister resort. The breakfasts were wonderful and we we’re very spoilt. Thank you for going above and beyond.. The complex is clean and very tidy Only 300m walk to Supetar which I may add was lovely. Swimming pool was great Just a few 100 yards to Lidl and other supermarkets Cleaning team were great Lovely quiet beach. Secluded and private Restaurant breakfast was lovely and delicious Lots to do for any age. We are definitely coming back again. Highly recommend xx

Fab place to stay in supetar. Only 5 minutes from ferry in taxi, had a smooth check in as we just handed passports in and were given keys to go straight to bungalow, no waiting at desk as with all previous hotels we’ve been to. Staff on site were so friendly and helpful. Josip on reception had only just started but was informative and professional from day one. Pools are a little small for my older children but we went to the kaktus sister hotel and used theirs and it was great. Also had all inclusive lunch there which for 15 euros including drinks was good. Ideally located with a 5 minute walk to Lidl and two more supermarkets behind that you’ve got plenty of choice. 10 minutes walk to harbour which is beautiful and got a great selection of restaurants all of which were excellent quality, reasonably priced and some of the best food we’ve had in any country. 3 ice cream stands at harbour with fab selection and only 1.80 each. We paddle boarded and went on inflatable water park which was great. Sea is so clear and best I’ve seen. Free washer and dryer is a godsend as I only came home with 1 load to do! The whole resort is so beautiful and relaxing, no rowdy bars or tat shops and we were never bored. Recommend getting ferry back to split for day, it’s beautiful. Croatia is so safe and will definitely return. Also the bakeries are delicious, cheap and open til about 8pm.

I stayed at Beach village from 30.06 to 3.09.23. It’s my heaven on Earth since 2014. Love the peace of this place! Very grateful to the staff, who looked after me and made my stay so comfortable! Looking forward to next summer at Beach Village!

We had an amazing experience at the Waterman Beach Village! Very clean house, walking distance to the beach and the city and very welcoming and helpful staff. Thank you very much for the lovely stay. I will come back next year for sure!

Our bungalow was spotlessly clean, comfy beds and aircon as well! The village has its own private beach where you can get a sun bed for 30 kuna per day, there is also a beach bar for soft drinks, beer, cider, lollies and ice creams. We booked with breakfasts included, you show your breakfast card every day. High praise for Tomo in the Sunset Bar & Restaurant, he was friendly, cheerful, attentive and super helpful. Excellent customer service. Thanks also to Ivana in reception who was great in dealing with our checkout and transfers. I can’t recommend this complex highly enough, housekeeping are excellent and are always emptying bins and giving you fresh towels. Had a great stay and will be back.
