I didn’t expect that the hotel could also provide sleep. This hotel is luxurious, not only luxurious. The owner of the hotel is fine. As soon as the car stopped, he helped me drive the door and take my luggage. The best is a young lady with a sign on her chest that says Chen Yan, which is kind to me. She helped with the luggage, led the way, and took me to the luxurious elevator for free. The young lady is attentive in service, kind, and she can’t cover her face mask regardless of her length. Speaking of the room, that guy, big, a big footbath, I can fit my whole person, but there are too many faucets, I can't figure out which is hot or cold, and the water will come out for a while, and the water will come out for a while. The bed was so big and soft that I couldn't find myself when I lay on it. Fortunately, I came from my village. I was a little uncomfortable. I couldn't see the green crops. I had insomnia! The little sister said, there is breakfast in the morning, that guy, where is breakfast, all kinds of delicacies, it supports me! The restaurant is also very down-to-earth, the kitchen is ping pong, eating food and listening to music! The village chief asked me to learn English, but the restaurant didn't learn it! 話説自駕游來到宿遷梨蘭會賞花，於是乎就想到住店之事，網上粗略瀏覽一下恆峯國際大酒店口碑不錯，並在攜程訂了4月7日該酒店的房間。要説酒店的服務質量真是無可挑剔了，從保安大哥至客户關係部的小姐姐以及前台服務小哥小妹們個個面帶笑容、熱情周到，進店後幫助我們提行李登記入住並送至房間，又是送水果送牛奶的，傍晚又拿來泡腳桶説是減輕旅途勞累，晚上還幫我們洗好車，真是太暖心了吧！一次非常愉悦的入住體驗。（特別感謝客户關係部的陳艷、於煊、歡歡） 房間設施衞生較滿意，非要提點意見那就是晚上打開窗户下面馬路上過往車輛多有點吵，想要安靜點衹能把窗户關上。

我們一行6人到達酒店後，服務員於煊、晶晶、歡歡很熱情的給我們送了一杯營養湯，還幫我們搬運行李，辦理入住非常快。房間很大，睡覺也很安靜，還送了歡迎水果，飲料和小零食，早餐豐富又好吃，有地下停車場，離店後還送了伴手禮，對酒店的服務非常滿意。

這是一個寶藏盲盒的酒店。入住後體驗驚艷，就像網上大家評論的一樣超級滿意。入住後得到了每一位酒店工作人員熱情接待和照顧。特別是大堂的於煊經理、何玉晶、胡海南，門廳送站的陳標，還有服務管家陳艷，還有餐廳戴眼鏡的男經理。感覺酒店上崗前對員工的培訓工作很到位，對待每一位客人都説“你好”、很温馨。從細節上看，衞生卷子很厚實、像家裡用的一樣；拖鞋很舒服、不是一腳踏到底的感覺；知道女生要洗衣服，阿姨就送上洗衣粉；一回到酒店，前台美女就會送上熱氣騰騰的紅棗養生茶，不熱不冷剛剛好，旅途的疲勞頓時減去了一大半。衹要客人需要，她們就會拿上一壺送到房間，這種服務已經超過了五星級酒店。房間裏做了一個很温馨的鏡框，自我加壓提高服務質量，大家可以看看。入住酒店幾天，進進出出都是帥哥阿弟拉門、提供温馨的服務，超讚。房間設施、燈光、窗簾、床品衞生等方面，都無可挑剔。離宿遷站很近，酒店提供接送站服務，大家可以安心入住。因為住的舒服，才敢推薦給大家，來宿遷選酒店就選恆峯。

酒店不錯，服務一流，進出酒店都有幫開門提行李，引領到房間。房間乾淨，環境優美，總之住的安心舒服。感謝陳艷、胡海南、歡歡小姐姐，很温暖很貼心。也要感謝保安部的蔡大哥，把我們的車擦的很亮很亮。總之很滿意。
