The rooms are clean, the location is convenient, the staff provides good service, and it's close to shopping malls.

We stayed overnight during our drive from Bangkok to Hatyai. The place was great for its price. It was pretty clean compared to other hotels at this price. The facilities looked relatively new and well maintained. Will stay again if we have to stop in Surat thani

First of all the hotel is not a 4 star hotel so do not expect what a 4 star hotel usually gives. Rooms - The rooms were clean and updated to look more modern, but can be seen lacking in minor areas, mainly the toilet area which uses an exhaust fan directly to the outside and the partition between the toilet and the room is a little bit flimsy. But no actual issues were seen, but does not deserve the rating of a room in a 4 star hotel. - Beds were hard but nice pillow Service - Overall good service. No issue with check in and check out. Breakfast - They had Americano with Honey which was nice. Besides that, the food options were limited to a few types of thin wraps. Amenities - Their carpark is right infront of the hotel and easily accessible. They have lifts available to all floors but only have 1 of them. The corridors in the hotel is not air conditioned. Overall - The stay was great but please do not have the expectation of an actual 4 star hotel. Based on my travels it felt like a decent 3 star hotel.

B2 Surat Thani Premier Hotel offers clean, modern rooms at great value. Conveniently located near Central and Home Pro, it’s ideal for short stays with comfortable beds, friendly service, and easy parking.

Cosy atmosphere, clean room, spacious room, good customer service. I stayed there for 3 nights in a premier deluxe room and will stay again on my next visit to Surat Thani. Down side is rooms are not sound proof. My neighbour Chinese guests were pretty noisy after mindnight There was an electrical short circuit at 3 am on my last night (only for a while). Luckily that the aircon was back on in about 5 minutes.

Overall, not a bad stay, but the hotel doesn't have hot water.

The hotel was cheap and clean, a real bargain for the price. The only downside was the location; it's a bit far from the city center. If you can, staying at their other hotel in B2 would be more convenient.

The room is very nice, service is impeccable. Check in and check out was fast and effortless.

It's okay it's our second stay. Everything is good except the water heater a bit hard to control
