Good Hotel!

Very clean building and apartment. Grocery store crossing the street very convenient, clos to multiple public transportation stops.

The room was clean and we were guided by the staff named Issam who was patient enough to answer all our questions. Up on request the manager Michael was kind enough to extend our check out time for 2 hrs with no fee charged to it. We had all the amenities neccessary for a family vacation . Moreover, next to this place we have supermarket FRANPRIX with reasonable prices on items. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a budgeted place at the heart of the city for your vacation. I gave 4 stars because the entrance stairs were not maintained well or cleaned. You need to request for centralised room temperare to raised which can be fone at the office only.However, the staff did it upon request.

Our stay here while we explored Paris was lovely - very quiet area, felt very safe. There is a grocery store directly opposite the building which was very conveniently located. There is a laundromat within walking distance, as well as a boulangerie. There is a train station a 10 minute walk away, but we preferred to take the bus (the stop is only a 3 minute walk from the building) to La Defense for the metro and a shopping centre. The apartment we stayed in was quite warm due to centralised air conditioning despite it being cold outside for the duration of our stay, and we kept having to open all the windows - when we enquired with reception, we were informed that it was not possible to change the temperature. The kitchenette was especially appreciated as we cooked the majority of our meals here during our stay in Paris.

bad smell and cold During our 3-night stay, the room was very cold. Although we reported this to the reception, they did not take any action. There was an incredibly bad smell in the room and it never went away.

Really enjoyed our stay at Villa Médicis Staff was very friendly. Grocery store across the street, several bakeries nearby and even a « market on Wednesdays and Saturdays. The residence is surrounded by a park with a stream and there is a playground across the street. Transportation to la Defense (and Paris) is at your door. Note: there is no daily room cleaning like a hotel but you can have a cleaning if you stay more than 7days.
