Kyriad ECO - Suresnes - La Défense

My friend and I stayed here for two nights. Please note that there is a fee of 3 euros per suitcase for luggage storage. Since it seems to be a new hotel, the room was very clean. However, the shower was extremely narrow. Even for a slim woman, opening and closing the shower door was a struggle, so I imagine it would be nearly impossible for anyone with a larger build to use it comfortably. Also, while there was air conditioning to beat the heat, it was centrally controlled and could not be adjusted individually. The room became terribly cold, to the point where I felt like I was going to catch a cold. If you are strictly looking for good value for money, this place might be fine. However, for a long-term stay of three nights or more, I think it would be quite disheartening. (The photo shows the street leading from the hotel to the nearest tram stop.)

Absolutely pathetic hotel.. was biggest mistake to book it during our europe trip. Paris became our worst leg of 18 day Eurotrip. This hotel is under renovation with ground access shut. You have to check in in next hotel Campanile and then go internally via steps to your room in Kyriad. Imagine carrying heavy luggage with you. If by any chance you cannot access campanile, you will be trapped. Worst mistake to book this hotel with 4 seniors and 1 kid in my group. They shouldn’t have been taking bookings at all during renovations which is causing so much issues to customers. Every time you would need someone to give you access to lift in campanile. You are treated not as guests by them.

Arrived at 1500, took 30minutes to check in as we were 5th in the queue. Check in was smooth and without hassle. There was construction going on the ground floor so the main reception was at the hotel on right, including the breakfast venue. Room, bedsheets, pillow and toilet were clean and tidy. Small room, with small toilet and extra small shower spaces. fat and tall body wont fit in the shower. Good security system in the lift with 24 hrs reception, liked it. Breakfast was good, fresh and tasty but limited items available. Not recommended to the visitors anymore. You can have better breakfast outside the hotel. We didnt have option as it was included while booking the hotel. Location was perfect with supermarket nearby and metro station. Bus stop is the next door but we never used buses. Hot water available all the time as was required for our 2 years old baby for making milk. Room is not cleaned everyday but housekeeping enters the room everyday just to replace the towels, might be for other reasons, dont know. There was a vending maching and microven nearby the reception. It was lovely, safe and enjoyable stay. will come again in future for sure.

The room is basic and clean, we didn't spend more time in the hotel.The location is easy to get to; plenty of the restaurants in the walking distance; and nice park just across the river from the hotel.
