正好碰到黃金海岸旺季，連住三天以上的酒店都定不到了，偶然訂了這家，離開surfers paradise 一站小火車的距離吧，沿着海岸線走走也很快就到了。apar**ent兩室兩衞一廳，陽台對着海岸線。電視機要點個贊，看着海岸線刷着美劇不出門也很舒服。

提早到步 職員有房間都會提早提供 很好 而家提供隔壁會所入會員 訊息 可以讓房客吃東西有折扣 租房有車位 方便出遊
大部份不錯 就是房間太舊了 電視都綠螢幕了 WiFi 限量 用多要收費

不誇張的講，這是住過最差的“酒店”。這其實是那種公寓樓，二房東租下來做的和Airbnb一樣，但是既沒有Airbnb舒適乾淨, 也沒有真的酒店那樣有服務有底線。1. 首先我們十二點到達，所謂“前台”（其實就是個中國老頭做管理員）已經睡了，我們被關在門口吹風，攜程也沒能在承諾的十五分鐘內解決 2. 我們發現門口寫了電話，自己聯繫了房東，他指引我們開一個信箱（和Airbnb一模一樣），但我們定了兩間裏面卻衹有一間的鑰匙。3.入住後發現房間很臟，洗手間下水管聲持續了一晚，被子衹有一層被單，靠馬路非常吵，這種水準Airbnb都衹敢收500！4.沒有寄存心理的服務，老頭説最多放到13點，因為他要下班了，所以後來我們的行李放在那裡都靠運氣沒被偷。大家也可以翻牆看看Google地圖全球遊客的評價，一星一大堆，真是見了鬼了花那麼多錢住這麼個破地方。真的，要麼訂酒店，要麼定Airbnb，這種破民宿收四星級酒店費用的黑店早點倒閉吧！

Great view of beach and easy walk to shops and dining. Lounge and outdoor furniture have seen better days. Note: bring toilet paper, no spare rolls given!

The apar**ent was nicely furnished. The bed was a little old. The sliding door from the bedroom to the lounge room was broken, (wouldn’t slide). Overall, a comfortable stay.

Fantastic clean place to stay on our family holiday with everything we needed in the apar**ent. Couldn’t ask for a better location, walking distance to beach restaurants and trains. Resort managers Lynne and Mark are awesome and so lovely and helpful.

The people were lovely and helpful, but the apar**ent was rundown and in need of updating, lights not working and one was flinkering constantly and another stopped completely, phone to call reception wasn’t working, table and chairs on balcony were very old and rusty, the bed actually had a worn out spot on one side, shall I go on? Unfortunately, I wouldn’t stay again.

Arrived at 6pm. Reception closed. Phone on wall directed me immediately to a very helpful voice and our keys/fob. Apar**ent exactly as advertised. Stunning, beach front, clean comfortable and quiet. Plus a spacious allocated undercover car space. Bonus. Close to everything, without being smacked in the face from wake up. Well enough maintained areas for activities, which unfortunately no time to appreciate on the short stay. Highly recommend these Apar**ents

Bed like rock, slept on the lounge, pillows worse. One flimsy blanket and the room was cold because the fan could not be switched off. Reported to reception but nothing done.Toe nail clippings on the carpet from previous occupants.Won't stay again and won't recommend.
