Absolutely spotless! Clean clean clean property with a very nice little breakfast. The people at the front desk were helpful and lovely. I will definitely be staying again when I am in the area.

The hotel was overall clean and the staff was friendly.
The heater was so loud at night that I had to turn it off and sleep, and the rustling sound every time I turned over in bed kept me from sleeping.

Not so good! The towel had a hairball on it. After flushing the toilet once the water is full the tank keeps making a water-filling sound for 5 mins very loud and annoying. The outlet plugin in the washroom is loose and won't hold the hair straightener in place had to wrap it around the hair dryer to keep it in place for my wife to use. On top of the ice bucket was dirty. Couldn't upload the video for the water tank-making sound only allowed to add pics. The staff were very kind. One waffle maker will stop working in between it can get busy for making waffles.

Peter was amazing. We had brought our furry friend and I had originally booked a king suite. Well unfortunately this room wasn’t pet friendly. Peter showed me a pet friendly room and was so professional and friendly. I was very satisfied with my visit. Thank you again !
