Lovely overnight stay.
Hotel was really busy with a large party but the staff looked after us really well.
Not a reflection on the hotel but they booked a taxi to pick us up and the taxi firm were totally useless. Having waited twenty minutes past the scheduled time, we called an Uber which was there in five minutes.
Overall, this is a great hotel which we have stayed at previously and will do so again.

Hotel is not in a bad location for trips out…
But the hotel needs a lot of improvements! The breakfast buffet you are left waiting for them to replenish food items , you have to keep asking staff where are the cups for tea as none replaced there was queues because of the location of the toaster, be careful if you ask for water to be replaced in room as I was charged but then got a refund after complaining..the executive room was good but I know the standard rooms are not great. The staff were good but there needs better organisation. The pool area dated and no set time they seem to pick and choose open close times. We had quite a few issues not all mentioned here which we told reception about we was not happy and noticed other customers complaining.. we would not stay again and certainly not 4 star 3 at most .. can’t comment on spa treatments as did not use but looking at the spa I’m sure there are better ones around. Golf course 9 hole in good condition but outside hotel area need tidying up bit scruffy.

From Arriving to leaving the staff were exceptional. Front of house staff were really helpfull especially trying and succeeding in finding me a screwdriver because my car key fob was not working.
My Room was spacious and very clean no complaints. Dinner was served in one of the restaurants which was quiet busy. But did not wait any extra for service. Breakfast was buffett style but great choice. The fitness suite was good also. Overall no faults.

We’ve stayed here a few times now. Didn’t do a great job of cleaning our room & there was a couple of small issues. Needs updating/modernising.

my stay was lovely, the only complaint I have is at breakfast on both days - the plates were dirty, I had to move several plates before finidng an acceptable plate. On day 1 I had to wipe dirt off.

Stay here quite often and it’s generally always good.
The food at the hotel is poor though , the menu never changes and quality is not so good , it’s always feels like it’s microwave food
