HOTEL ROUTE-INN SUWA INTER

My friend got sick, they provided a receipt but wouldn't give a refund, the service is really bad.

I had both dinner and breakfast at the restaurant on the first floor, and although I ordered dinner a la carte, everything was delicious. It can't be helped since the hotel is old, but the step between the guest room and the bathroom was higher than I've ever experienced, which was quite inconvenient.

There's really no other option. There are no hotels nearby (the hotels here smell of cooking oil and the facilities are quite old), and the service is practically nonexistent—it's a level below Toyoko Inn.

The people at the front desk were all very welcoming and welcoming.

It's great for just staying overnight. There's no roof, but I was able to park my motorcycle under a bright streetlight, and I could see it from my room, which gave me a sense of security. The bathroom and toilet were a bit dirty, so I would have been satisfied if they had been cleaned up. The staff were very friendly, and I felt at ease.

I stayed here the day before the second half of Golden Week because I thought the highway would be congested. I only booked it to sleep, so it was neither good nor bad. I was just lucky that they provided breakfast.

The toilet and room had a moldy smell. The towels were also replaced because the smell was too strong, but the room was not replaced.

The staff were very friendly and although the building itself is old, it is kept very clean and I had a pleasant stay.
