Overall there were no issues.
There was a bit of a walk to get to the nearest convenience store, but the hotel's facilities were generally good.

The phone numbers of the hotel building 1 and 2 use the same phone number. therefore making it to the wrong place Because using the phone number to dial with GPS, the hotel has parking for you, the hotel staff provide good service, clean rooms, delicious breakfast, there is a Public baht on the 1st floor.

I used it for 2 nights and found it to be very well kept.
The front desk service was also good. The bathtub was also spacious
I was able to stretch my legs and take a bath.

The location was easy to find, right at the intersection after getting off the interchange.
There was no place to shop nearby, so it would have been nice to have a convenience store and a simple map inside the store.

Located on a tourist *****, this place gave off Bates Motel vibes. The room was dated, and the mattress was super hard and uncomfortable. I spent a month in Japan, and this was the poorest hotel I stayed in. The only saving grace was the buffet breakfast.

It's close to Suwa Interchange, so it's convenient for car travel. There are no restaurants where you can have dinner in the second area, but there are in the first area. There are izakayas and restaurants within walking distance nearby.

Even though it's a business hotel, it was nice to have a large public bath. Although it was said to be an artificial hot spring, it was similar to a natural hot spring and I was able to relax. The breakfast was also a notch higher than other companies in the same industry.
