Good place, good standard, recommend to stay here if you want to not worry about noice or environment

1. The facilities are comprehensive, especially the charging cable which has three different connectors – I didn't even need my travel adapter. The mini-fridge was great for food, the kettle worked well, and the hairdryer was good too. 2. The carpet is a bit old, and the hallway has a slightly stale smell. 3. The front desk and doormen were incredibly helpful and professional, and communicated fluently in English. 4. The bathroom was clean, the shower stall was clean but had some mold spots. The sink drained a bit slowly, possibly because the water pressure was too strong. I hope they can improve this. 5. Even with the 'do not disturb' sign on, they slipped service reminders under the door, informing me I could call if I needed the room cleaned. Very thoughtful. 6. The location couldn't be more convenient, with excellent public transport links. If it weren't for the mold spots, it would have been a perfect five-star rating.

A comfortable stay with 2 big single beds. Clean and a good view. Great service too. Highly recommended

There's a subway station, bus stop, and many restaurants nearby. The airport shuttle to Suwon Station costs 15,000 KRW and takes about an hour and a half. Check-in was deposit-free, and the service was very nice.

The room was great, breakfast was excellent, and the front desk staff were very friendly. There's a park and an art center right across the street.

This hotel is incredibly comfortable, and the front desk staff are always so cheerful. The room layout is very tidy, and the bathroom and toilet are exceptionally clean. I was able to enjoy a relaxing hot bath there. Honestly, it felt just like being at home. It completely washed away any unpleasant experiences I had at other hotels in Seoul. A special thanks to the male staff member named Han at the front desk, who also helped me send a package. In summary: a first-class hotel with top-notch, warm service. I also think the air conditioning system in the room was by far the best I encountered during my two-week trip in Korea; it maintained a perfectly consistent temperature, unlike some places where it fluctuated, and the room never felt stuffy. Just a small suggestion: it would be even better if they could provide slippers or bathrobes for children.

It was okay. They made everyone leave the breakfast area after 10 AM, which felt a bit strict. Couldn't even sit and chat, which was a bit much.

The room was quite spacious, and the location was incredibly convenient with plenty of dining options nearby. There's also a park right next door, perfect for a workout. The breakfast spread was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Overall, a truly great experience!

Great location with plenty of restaurants nearby, and it's quite lively. Conveniently close to OL (department stores/shopping district), though the subway station is a bit of a walk.

Nice hotel. The staff are helpful and friendly and the facilities are clean. The pool area is also nice but be careful in bad weather. The breakfast is standard for the price but had a reasonable variety.
