The room was clean with basic amenities. Housekeeping however was almost nonexistent for our 10 day stay. Someone came once in a while to empty the trash bins but the sheets were never swapped out nor the floors ever cleaned. All communication was done via text messages. I called the number on the booking confirmation and got a text almost immediately asking me to text any questions. My biggest problem I had however was the fact that episode does not have en elevator. I was put on the 4th floor and hauling up my huge check in luggage’s were no joke and hauling back down on check out day nearly broke my back. All in all, episode stay is located in a quiet alley with a CU located just steps away for store runs. If you need to take public transportation, the bus stop is close by. If you travel with a lot of baggage, pray that you get a room on the 1st floor.

It was more spacious, clean, and convenient than I expected. The kids took a bath in the jacuzzi, and I was able to relieve my fatigue well with a foot bath.

It's easy to find as it's right off the main street, and it looked clean, perhaps recently renovated. There's no partition between the shower and toilet, so everything gets soaked when you shower. There's no bath mat or bath towels, but there were 4-5 hand towels, which I used instead. When you enter your name at the kiosk at the entrance to get a key card, there aren't enough Japanese hiragana characters, so it's better to enter in the alphabet.

It's a very clean and practical place to stay. The room condition was almost exactly as shown in the photos. The bedding was neat and tidy, which made a great first impression. ❤️ The mattress was firm enough to sleep well without sinking in. The jacuzzi was large and deep, making it a great place to soak. It's the best! Overall, it's a great value, and it's perfect for those who value cleanliness and practicality. :)

Having traveled to South Korea for business for so many years, this place is undeserving of being ranked first, but last. There's nothing around, no reception, just a bed. They don't provide toothpaste, cleaning, water, or even toilet paper; you have to buy everything yourself.

Luckily, I found a great place to stay near Haenggung-dong! The interior was very clean and nice. The facilities were so good, I'd love to come back again!

Well, first of all, the entrance was a bit awkward. My reservation was for arrival at around 5:10 PM, but the entrance was only open from 6 PM. I was quite taken aback. They said I could enter immediately if I paid an additional 10,000 won. Also, there's no toothbrush set or razor; they're an additional purchase. The first floor doesn't have a boiler, but rather a ceiling-mounted air conditioner that blows warm air. It's neat and clean.
