Suwon Easy Residence Hotel

I booked a single room with a single bed. While I understand that accommodations may have circumstances from day to day, I was initially taken aback when the duty staff gave me a room they had been using. Upon entering, I was even more surprised to find traces of previous occupancy still intact. Seeing razors, toothbrushes, and various daily necessities left there made me question if this was truly a place meant to welcome guests. Shouldn't they have at least cleaned up the room if they were going to offer it to a guest? It was a very unpleasant stay. I believe action needs to be taken.

Thanks to you, I had a very comfortable stay during my business trip of about a week. It was close to Suwon City Hall Station, convenient, and just great. I will use your services again next time.

1. The floor was dusty, so we had someone come and vacuum it. 2. Although the room was small, it was well-equipped, with a kitchenette and washing machine. 3. There was a small fan and wet wipes in the drawer. I'm not sure if they were provided by the hotel or left by a previous guest. 4. The air conditioner was leaking quite a bit. I initially thought it wasn't a problem, but it ended up leaking onto the floor, which was blocked by a yoga mat.

The saying "cheap is expensive" just came to mind. The shower space was so cramped that I went to a nearby sauna to shower. The pile of used blankets and pillows under the vanity was a bit unpleasant. I thought, "No matter how low the price, the amenities provided are really stingy."

The room was a little small, but it was quiet and there was a market nearby.

It's really a home away from home experience! There was no one at the front desk most of the time. I arrived at noon, hesitated for a while and called. The boss came quickly. The auntie could speak Chinese and was very kind. She let me check in in advance~ It's really a different world inside! Good environment, good sound insulation, complete facilities, microwave, refrigerator, TV... even sewing machine... You can cook by yourself, very good experience, the location is also great, 5-10min walk from Suwon City Hall Station, very convenient. If you come to Suwon to play, I strongly recommend this hotel! If you are Chinese, you can really feel the warmth and comfort of home~
