There was supposed to be a hot tub/ jacuzzi tub and there wasn’t I could have booked any hotel I specifically booked this hotel for the relaxing hot tub

I had a very good rest! Even in the middle of heavy snowfall, the room was very warm. I really like warm rooms in winter. I would love to stay here again! It's a little far away from the bus terminal and from the train station, but it was possible to get to these places via the bus services. I loved the nearby walls/fort.

Kim , Dain(김다인)  who is front receptionist  was very kind . She made us very comfortable  during staying there. She's a  excellent  receptionist. And breakfast was so delicious. Chef was very  nice man.   We were very happy to stay there. Thank you hotel symphony.
