Convenient location with spacious rooms. Everything was clean and tidy as Marriott’s standard has always been. Definitely recommend.

The room was clean and the location was really convenient. The only downside was the amenities—they were a bit lacking. Overall, I’d recommend it if you’re staying in near Suwon or Yongin. Good for biz trip.

Great location amd great staff

I had a very pleasant stay at the Marriott Suwon. My daughter and I received a warm and attentive service—special thanks to Manager Owen, who kindly assisted with my early check-in. After a long journey, this thoughtful gesture made a big difference and set the tone for the rest of my stay. The hotel’s location is another strong point. Situated by the lake, it offers a scenic atmosphere that’s perfect for relaxing walks or simply unwinding with a view. At the same time, it’s conveniently linked to a mall, making dining, shopping, and daily necessities easily accessible without having to travel far.

I’m really disappointed with the payment process for business bookings at this hotel. As corporate travellers, our admin team cannot settle the bill in advance via Trip.com, which forces our staff to pay on-site and creates unnecessary hassle. When we arrived, we asked the hotel staff to send a payment link to complete the transaction. The first link they shared was invalid, and the second one had an overly complicated payment workflow that we failed to finish successfully. In the end, our colleague had to cover the hotel charges with their personal credit card and claim reimbursement later, which does not comply with our company’s internal expense policies at all. The hotel’s cumbersome payment arrangement has caused us a great deal of trouble.

Very good location just beside the beautiful lake and malls. The breakfast options can be improved by adding a little options of SE Asian like Indian.
