First of all, the location was really, really good, but other than the location, it was the worst. The carpets in the lobby were covered in dust and looked like they hadn't been cleaned, and the condition of the rooms was serious. There was mold on the walls, the air conditioner smelled, the mirror was stained with insect corpses in the bathtub, and hair was coming out of the bedding. ... The worst thing was that we stayed for consecutive nights, and when I left on the second day, I asked them to clean it, but when I came back, it was the same... There was no sign that anyone had cleaned up the bedding, trash, or amenities. And the window and door locks weren't working properly. I wonder if the door was locked ㅠㅠ I usually don't leave reviews that I don't particularly like, even if it's annoying, but I thought this wasn't the case so I'm writing this.

The location seems fine.
In the room, I was surprised to see bird feathers coming out from the entrance to the bathroom.
I was tired of looking at it, and even mosquitoes were riding on it.
It said that it was newly opened, but there was no soundproofing at all, so I stayed in the next room until late.

I was on my way to Suwon, so I made a reservation without knowing where the hotel was located, but I couldn't get a taxi at kbs drama center at night, so I took a bus and got off at the Suwon Traditional Culture Center.
I was worried because it was late and it was an unfamiliar neighborhood, but the hotel called me to check-in, and I missed ktx and had to catch a taxi from Busan in the morning.
