Stayed here 2-3 times! Like the hotel and will return in the future. However the ventilation needs to be improved, I can smell cigerette in my toilet (I think me neighbor smoked secretly in the room).

Place is great, much bigger than we anticipated, though they do nothing about smokers next door and we had to sleep one night in the room full of smoke. Opening window didn’t really work - outside was +6. Staff were very supportive though and offered another room next day. The place is clean, has infinite TV channels and pleasant to stay otherwise.

Valet parking, very convenient. Unfortunately no breakfast at weekends, but lots of opportunities nearby.

The location is fantastic. The airport bus station is right in front of the hotel, and the ticket booth is conveniently located right there. We took the bus to Gangnam, and the subway station is just a short 100 meters away, with escalators for easy access. The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly. The room was spotless and well-maintained. The only downside was the absence of a microwave. However, aside from that, everything else was excellent. If we ever visit Korea again, we’ll definitely be staying at this hotel.
