AC hotels by Marriott properties in Suzhou

My stay at the AC Hotel Suzhou Guanqian Street far exceeded my expectations, and I have to give a special shout-out to Olin at the front desk! Even though I arrived late at night, he greeted us warmly, checked us in quickly, and even helped us coordinate our food delivery – truly thoughtful service. The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of the Guanqian Street commercial district. It's within walking distance of Xuanmiao Temple, making it super convenient to explore the old city. There's a huge variety of shopping nearby, from unique boutiques to large malls, and the food options are endless, ranging from authentic Su cuisine to local snacks. Metro Line 4 is also very close by, making it easy to get to all the major attractions. The guest rooms are modern and minimalist, clean and comfortable, with soft bedding and well-equipped bathrooms with good water pressure. The breakfast spread is extensive, and the freshly ground coffee is incredibly fragrant. The hotel also boasts a 24-hour gym with excellent facilities. Overall, it offers incredible value for money!

It was a great experience staying here! The service staff were very helpful! I dropped my mobile phone in a cab and the staff, Luke Liu and team were very helpful and assisted us all the way to retrieve my phone back! The staff were always patient and happy to help us with our queries. Thankful for their help! Also they gave out small satchets of lavender which is very calming and fragrant. There’s also a cute robot they use to help send our delivery up to our room.
