The receptionist was very nice. My car had a luggage rack installed, making it too tall to fit in the underground parking garage, so she helped me park in the open-air parking lot.

The hotel is super conveniently located just outside the train station, on the right side of the north station square. There are restaurants and a supermarket nearby, as well as pick up spots for ride hailing right beside the hotel's entrance. The subway station is also just a minute's walk away. Apart from the friendly staff, our room was clean and had good facilities, including high speed wifi. The hotel even let us borrow a room to change into winter clothes before our train departure at night.
