Hampton by Hilton Suzhou Shihu - comfortable experience, worth recommending! This time I stayed at Hampton by Hilton Suzhou Shihu, and the overall experience was great! The hotel environment is clean and tidy, the decoration style is modern and simple, and the lobby is bright and spacious, which makes people feel happy as soon as they enter the door. Room facilities: We stayed in a deluxe twin room, which is spacious, comfortable bedding, and slept very well. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and toiletries are complete. It is also equipped with branded shower gel and shampoo, and the details are in place. Service attitude: Xiaoqi, the front desk staff, is enthusiastic and professional, and the check-in is efficient. He also introduced the surrounding food and attractions. Breakfast experience: The breakfast is rich in variety, combining Chinese and Western styles, with freshly ground coffee and authentic Suzhou-style snacks, which taste great! The restaurant environment is quiet and the service staff is polite and thoughtful. Geographical location: Although it is not in the city center, it is very convenient to drive or take a taxi. There is a Shihu scenic area around it, which is suitable for walking and relaxing. Next to the hotel is Yuxingji, a time-honored brand in Suzhou. You can walk one kilometer to the food city, so you don’t have to worry about eating and drinking. In general, this stay experience exceeded expectations. It is very suitable for both business trips and family trips. I will choose this place next time I come to Suzhou! Highly recommended! 🌟

Booked 2 rooms for husband and I and my elderly father. Thankful for the good service as they were able to give us rooms on the same floor, and changed the room to a queen equivalent instead of twin for my father. Room was spacious, cozy, quiet. Pillow and bed was just right for us unlike other hotels where the bed was sunken or the pillows too soft. Hairdryer was fantastic! No smoke smells in the corridor or room which was important for us. Location was perfect as it was at guanqian street near food and shopping. Also pretty near to some attractions by didi or by foot. Though the toilet had leaked and they had sent their plumber to fix it, over all, the stay was by far a really comfortable one. Breakfast is similar to other hotels in shanghai that we were at. Not much western food options nor egg station.

The stay experience was very good, the most perfect trip during the May Day holiday. The hotel has complete facilities, is clean and tidy, the environment is very good, the service is warm, and people can live in peace when they are away from home. Special thanks to Tina and her team of staff, the special birthday surprise is unforgettable!

We had a great experience with the Hampton hotel back in the States a while ago. This one didn’t disappoint us at all. After check in, we were welcomed by a robot, which carried a plate of fresh fruits to our room. We basically just followed it for the direction. Yes, the robot can take the elevator by itself. The room we stayed was spacious and clean. The water pressure was as good as the U.S. counterparts. The breakfast was surprisingly tasty with the combination of East and West foods. After returning from the breakfast, we were surprised that the housekeeper had done her job even though we didn’t turn on the request light.

The male and female waiters at the front desk who checked us in were very warm and thoughtful. They also helped to upgrade the room type. The hotel room is clean, tidy and comfortable, spacious, bright and quiet. The breakfast is rich, exquisite and delicious. There is free parking. There are many restaurants of various types on Jicheng Road around, which are delicious and affordable. The Grand Theater East Taihu Lake has a beautiful environment. It is very pleasant to take a walk on the lakeside trail after dinner every day. I will stay here for a few more days next time!

Facilities: The facilities are complete, there are charging treasures that can be borrowed in the lobby, robots deliver takeaways, and I also see that the hotel has a gym, but I didn't use it this time, I can try it next time. Hygienic: The halls, corridors, restaurants and rooms are very clean and the quality of the beds is very good. Service: very good! Need to print a piece of paper or two materials, the front desk staff also immediately called out, thank you very much!

The hotel staff were very friendly, and some could speak English. My hotel room was super clean, including the carpets, linen, and bathroom. In the morning, breakfast was buffet, and there were many choices. Five hours after checking out of the hotel, I realized that I had left my cap in the hotel so I called the hotel front desk and they made sure that the cap was delivered to my apartment. The hotel is located near Jinji lake and Suzhou centre plaza mall, but there are a lot of construction projects going on around the hotel.
