AC Hotel by Marriott Suzhou

The hotel is located right in the city center, very close to the subway station, and there's a bus stop right outside, making getting around super convenient! The room was clean and tidy, and Tim, the manager at the front desk, was incredibly friendly and helpful.

The hotel's environment and facilities are excellent, and the location is also great. The front desk staff, both the young man and young woman, were very thoughtful and helpful. The hotel itself is well-maintained and feels brand new. Breakfast was also fantastic. Definitely worth another visit!

Professional, efficient, and homely: I was really impressed by the service from manager Tim at the front desk. From the moment I walked in until I checked out, I felt his professionalism and thoughtful care. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the soundproofing in the room was excellent, making for a very quiet night's sleep. The hotel's location is superb, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Highly recommended!

Traveling to Suzhou with our baby, the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming. Seeing we had a little one, they proactively upgraded us to a family room, which was fantastic! Our baby absolutely loved the room, was super excited, and had a great time! The hotel breakfast experience was also excellent. The hotel's location isn't far from Guanqian Street, Pingjiang Road, etc., so you can walk or take a bus or subway. All in all, a truly wonderful stay!

The door was broken and wouldn't close properly. The circuit for the reading lamp was faulty, so it couldn't be turned off. There was no master switch by the bed to turn off all the lights at once. The surrounding area was terrible, with no view and a lot of noise. For over 1000 [currency unit], it felt like a complete rip-off.

The hotel's location is excellent; you can walk to the Lion Grove Garden and Humble Administrator's Garden in about twenty minutes. The scallion oil noodles for breakfast were delicious! The room was a bit small, but that's understandable given the location. Parking was also very convenient.

On a limited business trip budget, I opted for a Marriott-branded business hotel. The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, and the service was attentive. However, the hotel is located near a busy road, so it can be a bit noisy, and the windows are sealed shut, which isn't ideal.

The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to Humble Administrator's Garden, Guanqian Street, and Shantang Street. There are also many restaurants nearby. Tim provided very good and attentive service.
