The Artyzen Habitat Suzhou is beautiful! As soon as you step into the lobby, you're greeted by a stunning courtyard that connects to it. After walking around a bit, I noticed the hotel's lobby has a very designer feel to it. I asked at the front desk and confirmed it's an award-winning design hotel, blending Southeast Asian and Chinese courtyard styles. With Chinese New Year approaching, the hotel even has live Pingtan performances. I'd love to come back during the holiday to experience this wonderful ambiance again. I must also mention the incredibly attentive service from the front desk staff; the young men there were all very enthusiastic. Thumbs up for the service!!

Great location, right outside the subway exit. The common areas are nice, but the room was a bit small. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

The location is really great. Across the street, there's Uni Elite and ALDI, and not far away is Gemdale, so dining and entertainment options are very convenient. The room was surprisingly spacious, designed like a one-bedroom apartment. The bathroom was also very large; if designed compactly, it could even fit a bathtub.

Been travelling around China as a solo traveller, and this is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed at, for the price. The room is massive, with your own bathroom area, bedroom, and living room. The gym is beautiful too. Laundry and dryer are free with detergent and softener. Robot comes to deliver food to you, if you order online. Hotel was one of the reasons I enjoyed Suzhou so much.

The hotel service was excellent, and the facilities were brand new. It's right next to the subway entrance, making it super convenient for getting around. There's also a small garden nearby that's perfect for a stroll, with beautiful scenery – great for photos! Highly recommended.

This hotel offers excellent value for money! A huge thanks to the staff for upgrading our room. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, the gym was great, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options in a very pleasant dining environment. Highly recommend!

Unexpectedly, choosing Atour Hotel Suzhou Nanmen (Artron Hotel) at the last minute turned out to be the highlight of my trip. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient; it's just a few minutes' walk from Nanmen North Road subway station, making it easy to reach Humble Administrator's Garden and Pingjiang Road. The design is exquisite, perfectly blending the elegant charm of Suzhou with modern simplicity in both the lobby and rooms – I fell in love with it at first sight. The room was spacious and quiet, and the bedding was so comfortable, I had a great night's sleep. I especially want to commend the front desk staff; they were warm and professional, proactively offering recommendations for local food and shortcuts, which made me feel truly cared for.

The room was clean and tidy, and the location was convenient for transportation.

## Ambiance: The hotel's decor leans towards modern minimalist, and the common areas are generally excellent with a sophisticated feel. The entrance has a Japanese hotel vibe, instantly transporting you from one world into another of tranquility and relaxation. ## Facilities: The room facilities are decent. From what I could see, the cleanliness in my room was good. I loved the Refa hairdryer! However, the toilet isn't smart, which felt a bit disappointing, but the TV does support screen casting. ## Service: For our family of three, they generously provided a complimentary breakfast, which was a nice touch. The front desk also offered tanghulu (candied hawthorn), popcorn, and tea to guests; a hot cup of tea in winter was especially heartwarming.

I've been here three or four times already, and every time I'm really impressed with the front desk service, and the room hygiene is consistently reassuring. The Shiquan Street, which has plenty of shops and restaurants, is also very interesting and within walking distance. If the weather is good, you can even take a stroll, enjoy the sights, and grab a coffee – it's very pleasant. The hotel's location is excellent. The newly opened supermarket is also large and very convenient. This hotel truly deserves a good review, with its great service and reasonable prices.

The room design is excellent, and the service is great. They even prepared small gifts for New Year's Day, which shows how thoughtful they are. Fantastic!

I was really impressed by the hotel's facilities during this stay, definitely a five-star review! The amenities in the common areas are especially thoughtful. The 24-hour gym is fully equipped with treadmills, dumbbells, and yoga mats, so I could keep up with my workouts even on a business trip. The self-service laundry room has everything you need—washers, dryers, and detergent—making it perfect for long-term guests who don't have to worry about laundry anymore. Even the lobby's lounge area is well-designed, with comfortable sofas and charging outlets, making it convenient for working or waiting for friends. A hotel with such great facilities and attention to detail is perfect for both business and leisure travel. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

The location is great, very close to Shiquan Street. Downstairs, there's Universal Metropolis with plenty of dining options, cafes, and even quiet bars. I'll definitely choose this place again next time. The breakfast area is a bit small, but the food is decent.
