The family room was spacious, and the kids absolutely loved the boat-themed bed – they slept really well. The breakfast buffet was extensive, and both the noodles and wontons were quite delicious. The best part, though, is the location. It's within walking distance of Shiquan Street and the Master of the Nets Garden. If you're staying here, you absolutely must do the night tour of the Master of the Nets Garden; it's incredibly worthwhile. Just remember to book your tickets in advance through their official WeChat account. After the night tour, it's only a 10-minute walk back to the hotel. For dinner, we went to Jiahesong at Jin Di Plaza, which is just one subway stop from the hotel. The food was tasty and offered great value for money.

My stay at Artyzen Habitat Suzhou exceeded my expectations on this trip. The hotel has its own Suzhou-style garden courtyard, which is elegant and perfect for photos. The location is excellent, making it super convenient to explore Pingjiang Road and Shiquan Street for food and shopping. The room was spacious and bright, with a simple yet stylish decor. The bedding was comfortable, and the toiletries felt high-quality. The facilities were comprehensive, including a gym and a self-service laundry room. Breakfast featured delicious Suzhou-style noodle soup and mini wontons. The staff were gentle and attentive, and the check-in process was smooth. The overall atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant, offering both a vacation vibe and a comfortable, home-like feel. It's perfect for a trip or a short stay, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Suzhou.

This was my fifth time staying at this hotel, and while previous experiences were acceptable, this time the overall experience was quite disappointing. Upon checking in, the front desk staff immediately presented a POS machine and asked for payment, even though I had selected the 'pay after staying' option when booking. When I questioned this, the front desk didn't proactively check the booking system. Instead, they told me to check my app myself. After I opened the app and confirmed it was indeed 'pay after staying,' the front desk finally re-checked their system to confirm. It's perplexing that the hotel expected the guest to verify booking information that should have been handled by them. After checking in, I found that the shower diverter knob for the hand-held and rain shower was stiff and difficult to turn. After contacting the front desk, an attendant came to look at it. During the adjustment, all the room lights suddenly went out, plunging the entire room into darkness. I reported the power outage to the front desk, but they couldn't provide any reasonable explanation. A sudden power outage, coupled with equipment malfunction, raised safety concerns, so I immediately requested a room change. While waiting for the new room key, the attendant just stood by, typing away on her phone without any attempt to comfort or communicate with me, which was very awkward. The room was eventually changed to the adjacent room of the same type. Even after changing rooms, there were still several facility issues: the hairdryer's power cord insulation was split (though the inner wires were still plastic-wrapped, it still posed a safety hazard); neither of the two bathroom mirrors had power, and one of them, along with the bathroom exhaust fan, was unusable; and two of the four pillows in the room had torn pillowcases. On the night all these issues occurred, no staff offered an apology or comfort. It wasn't until check-out that the front desk offered three hotel blind boxes as an apology. While there was a post-facto attempt at compensation, as a returning guest, encountering a string of issues with the booking and facilities during my stay was a huge letdown.

Overall, it was fantastic! The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere. The front desk staff were also very welcoming and even gave us a small blind box. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Suzhou. 👍🏻

The hotel is conveniently located directly across the street from Exit 3 of Nanyuan North Road Metro Station, making it easy to hail a taxi. Food delivery is also convenient, with a robot delivering orders directly to your door. The overall decor is very refreshing. You can walk to the Master of the Nets Garden through charming alleyways. If you're visiting at night, be aware that some parts of the return route may be unlit and quite secluded. The front desk upgraded my room, which was spacious and clean. It had a desk, a small sofa, and a coffee table, providing ample space for dining and working. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had good water pressure. The hairdryer is a Laifen, and the Bluetooth speaker is a JBL, both brand new. There's also a garment steamer. The restaurant's offerings are decent, and the prices are reasonable. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Simply amazing, One of the best stays for me personally, although it was short but everything was splendid. You can book this hotel worry free.

This hotel is located in the Old Town, right across from Exit 3 of Nanbadao Metro Station, making it super convenient for transport. The hotel has a graceful ambiance, and the rooms are comfortable and tidy. It offers excellent value for money.

We stayed 1 night in this lovely hotel on a Sunday night. We managed to check in early at 1 pm and was upgraded from the 30 sqm king room we booked to a larger 41 sqm room. The room is new and used lovely bath amenities, an Australian hotel brand. Our stay came with a set dinner for 2 persons and the food was delicious. The pricing in the hotel restaurant is similar or cheaper than any other regular Chinese restaurant outside. We paid the next day at lunch time to eat Chinese food at the hotel again as the restaurant environment is nice and service is good. They have a very well equipped gym which unfortunately we did not have time to use during our 24 hour stay. Our room rate included breakfast and the selection was generous, the only negative would be the coffee beans they used are too acidic but that’s a personal preference. The location of the hotel is slightly to 1 side of the Suzhou old city but some sights like 网师园 are walking distance. Suzhou city is actually quite spread out, no one location is best for sightseeing. The great thing is didi only cost less than RMB10 per ride from this hotel so it is still very convenient. I would not bother with the Suzhou subway, it is not as convenient as the one in Shanghai. Oh yes, the cable TV have english programming which is nice for a hotel in China. I believe this Artyzen Habitat brand is managed by the Macau Shun Tak group. Will stay here again for good value and service. 这个酒店非常好，值得回来再住。五星级的设施，四星级的价钱。

The hotel is newly renovated and the rooms are clean. I really liked that the TV stand is extendable, allowing me to connect my own HDMI cable to cast content. The hotel's location is also great, with plenty of food options nearby, and the bedding is soft. However, the soundproofing isn't very good. I could hear music and car noises from the street outside through the window, which affected my sleep 😅. Furthermore, the curtains are a big issue. They don't block out light effectively, and sunlight seeps in through the gaps between the curtains and the window in the morning 😄, shining directly into your eyes! If you're a light sleeper, I'd advise against booking a twin room, as the beds are too close to the window.

The room was clean, tidy, and well-laid out, especially the family room which was perfect for looking after the kids at night. The breakfast was delicious, and a special shoutout to the noodle chef who not only explained Suzhou-style noodles but also made the conversation enjoyable. The front desk service was also spot on; the staff were incredibly friendly and enthusiastic.

Came here for a weekend getaway with the kiddo and found a hotel in the city center. The overall environment is pretty good, but parking is a real hassle. You have to walk a bit and cross a busy intersection, which is super inconvenient. In this weather, you work up a sweat just parking the car and coming back.

There are also plenty of dining options nearby, so overall, it's very convenient. The hotel upgraded my room, which was very spacious and had great soundproofing. From the window, I could even see the 'Big Trousers' (CCTV Headquarters building).
