Exceeded expectations, got an upgrade. The room was stunning, service was excellent, and breakfast was exquisite and delicious. The location is superb. Will definitely book again next time.

Let's talk about the location first: I originally wanted to book a hotel by Jinji Lake, but I'm so glad I booked here instead – it's incredibly convenient! Pingjiang Road is right outside, making it easy to find food, entertainment, and buy souvenirs. But what I really want to rave about is the service. We drove here, and on a weekend, there were a lot of cars around the attractions. I contacted the front desk, and a staff member named Xiao Xu immediately arranged someone to help us with our luggage and provided valet parking. We went straight to the hotel, and a dedicated driver parked our car. When we wanted to go elsewhere, we chose to take the subway, and they even arranged a car to pick us up and drop us off at the high-speed rail station – all we had to do was contact the concierge. We stayed for one night, and we had to check out before 12 PM the next day. I thought the service would end after check-out, but that wasn't the case at all. In the afternoon, we bought some souvenirs and stored them at the hotel. In the evening, when we returned to our car, they even arranged a dedicated staff member to help us carry everything to the car, including all our luggage. The service was absolutely fantastic!!! If we didn't know what to eat or where to stay, the front desk would always arrange everything perfectly. The room has a Suzhou-style garden decoration, giving you the feeling of living in a traditional garden. The building itself is 300 years old, and the environment is lovely, plus it's very clean. What I want to praise the most is truly the amazing service; it made traveling with kids so convenient. Even after checking out, the service didn't diminish, which I'm really grateful for!

Incredible! This residence is magnificent. The location is perfect! A haven of peace and quiet right next to the lively canals. Everything is charming and delicate. The room decor, the tea amenities, the shower facilities, and the bedding are all incredible. The undeniable highlight is the incredibly serene pool, perfect for a refreshing dip after enchanting strolls through the old town. Go there without hesitation!

This hotel is a peaceful retreat in a bustling area. Right outside, you'll find the lively Pingjiang Road. The hotel itself is a renovated ancient house, quiet and comfortable. It was really convenient for exploring with kids and older family members, and the staff were very warm and friendly.

The hotel's location is superb; it's right on Pingjiang Road, and you can walk to attractions like the Suzhou Museum and Humble Administrator's Garden. The hotel environment is elegant and refined, with a beautiful Chinese garden-style architecture, and the service is excellent.

The room was clean, the environment was great, and the breakfast was plentiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they even offered pick-up and drop-off services, making our trip excellent value for money. My mom was very happy and kept praising the service. We'll definitely come back if we get the chance.
