Very clean, friendly staff, easy to find, nice big and tidy rooms. No problem at all, as usual with Orange hotels

It's great value for money. The staff at the front desk, guest rooms, and restaurant are all very helpful and responsive. When I checked in, they saw a child and gave him two packs of cookies. They also gave him a souvenir when he left.

The hotel is quite new, clean and tidy, with complete facilities. Its convenient location is just two streets away from several restaurants (Yu Xing Ji is particularly good) and a subway station (5-minute walk to Suoqiao West Station), making it suitable for both business and leisure travel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a high standard of cleanliness. The bedding is comfortable, odor-free, and clean. The smart toilet adds a touch of luxury and exceeds expectations. A gym and laundry room are also available. The receptionist was beautiful, enthusiastic, and very attentive; check-in and check-out were smooth. The staff were friendly and considerate. Candy was given upon check-out. Parking is also very convenient for those driving.

After staying for two days, I give a 5 for cleanliness, environment, and service, but only a 0 for facilities. First, we stayed in a room at the top of the building. The hot water was inconsistent the first night we checked in, but we didn't pay much attention. The next day, I was washing my hair around 9:00 AM. I lowered the shower head and lowered my head to wash my hair. Suddenly, my scalp felt incredibly hot (unbearably so). After a while, I tested the water temperature. As I continued washing, I was suddenly hit by a blast of ice water (very lukewarm). The sudden scalding pain and icy cold water drenched my head. I was furious. My scalp was numb for at least two hours. When I left and reported the issue to the front desk, they said the water was shared with the property management and they had no control over it. There was no follow-up. Second, at 11:54 PM on April 14th (the second night), could you check the surveillance footage to see if a man tried to swipe our door with his room card, and when it didn't work, he hesitated and waited a while before leaving? As a woman, hearing someone swiping and locking the door was terrifying. Although I was very angry, I didn't call the front desk to vent my frustration because my one-year-old was asleep and I couldn't call them. From check-in to check-out, the two points above were very disappointing. Everything else was fine. The maid was very nice and provided us with extra bottles of mineral water, which was essential for our children, such as making formula and carrying hot water. The breakfast was also good, but I heard a couple complain to the restaurant staff that the breakfast wasn't as varied or high-quality as last year. The hotel has a very grand exterior, a spacious front yard, and convenient parking. Last year, when I was in Suzhou, I stayed near Guanqian Street. The old neighborhood was too small in every way. This year, I stayed in Suzhou on the outskirts. After checking out, we went to the Shaoxing Grand Mercure. I really like staying at the Orange and Grand Mercure hotels in Huazhu.

I came to see a concert. It was very good. The room was clean and tidy. The service was very good. It was very quiet.
