tucked away in an alley, we were overall very pleased with our stay here, nice quaint room with a big projector. service was exceptional staff lent us her china number for ******* as well as sent us a bunch of food recommendations for us to go try out! location is fairly close to the train station as well.

The service from this place is top notch the moment the staff contacted me about checking in information when I mentioned that my partner was not feeling well. They had prepared some first aid kits for us and kindly asked if we had any special needs. Prior to checking in the staff sent us very detailed instructions on the location and transportation to get there. The location of this home stay is is also very convenient as it is walking distance to several of the tourist attractions lots of restaurants around the area as well very close to the Suzhou train station so if you are coming from Shanghai, this is very convenient.

The chec- in was very smooth. The hotel provided detailed directions to access the property and good advice for food in Suzhou. The best is the location. A few minutes walk from Metro, Suzhou museum, zhouzheng garden, the famous Ping Jiang road and many more. Super friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely go back if we visit Suzhou again.
