The room is spacious and well-equipped, offering great value for money. The hotel staff, especially the ladies at the front desk, were incredibly warm and attentive. They patiently answered all my questions and helped resolve any issues I had. My stay was very pleasant, making me feel comfortable and at ease. The hotel is also conveniently located close to tourist attractions, making transportation easy.

Came here with my husband and a friend. The guesthouse itself is really nice. We had a tiny hiccup right after checking in, but it was perfectly resolved almost immediately. The location is excellent, right across from Humble Administrator's Garden. The room was clean, tidy, and very well-designed with a cozy feel. The bed firmness was just right, and to top it all off, they even provided complimentary fruit and a welcome gift, which was a lovely surprise! My companions were very satisfied as well. We'll definitely be back next time we're in the area. Wishing you a prosperous business!

Five stars, highly recommend! The room was clean with no strange odors, and the bedding was super soft and comfortable. The natural light was fantastic. The host was incredibly warm and thoughtful, providing excellent tips for local attractions and dining. The location is super convenient for getting around, and the value for money is unbeatable. They even gave us a souvenir when we left. This will definitely be my top choice for future trips!

It felt like we were staying right inside the Humble Administrator's Garden! It's super close to the Lion Grove Garden and the Suzhou Museum too. The owner was really welcoming, helped with our luggage, and quickly replenished items in our room. They even gave us a souvenir when we checked out. We had a really enjoyable trip!

The hotel's design is quite good, and it's within walking distance to nearby attractions like Humble Administrator's Garden, Suzhou Museum, Lion Grove Garden, and Pingjiang Road Historical Block. The location is excellent.

I feel so lucky to have spontaneously decided to travel and managed to book this hotel so close to the Humble Administrator's Garden just a day in advance. It was fantastic to be able to wake up at 7:20 AM and walk to the Humble Administrator's Garden or Lion Grove Garden in five minutes, beating the tour groups that swarm in by 8 AM without having to get up super early. The room design was very stylish, and all the amenities were excellent. The hairdryer was a Dyson with various attachments, and by the bathtub, there were bath liners, bath bombs, scented candles, and even face masks. The curtains automatically open or close with a simple pull. On the table, there was a tea set, tea leaves, and a fruit plate. On my first day, the front desk lady waited for me at the drop-off point for quite a while, and on the last day, when we checked out and stored our luggage, she waited until we finished sightseeing in the afternoon and picked up our bags before leaving. However, it's worth noting that some rooms on the second floor have rather steep stairs, so if you have mobility issues or very large and heavy luggage, it might be best not to book them. Also, while the room amenities are very complete, there was no body lotion – perhaps that's something they could consider adding.
