## Key Advantages 1. **Excellent Location**: Within walking distance to Shantang Street and Vientiane City (which boasts the largest LABUBU store in Suzhou!). * **Subway**: Approximately 300-500 meters from Shantang Street Station and Shilu Station on Metro Line 2, about a 5-minute walk. * **Other Attractions**: Just a five-minute walk to Lingering Garden. The Xiangmanyuan Suzhou local cuisine restaurant directly opposite is delicious. It's also very convenient and affordable (around ten-something yuan by taxi) to get to other major attractions like Xiyuan Temple, Hanshan Temple, Humble Administrator's Garden, and Suzhou Museum. 2. **Professional Service**: The front desk staff are well-trained, offer service with a smile, and process check-ins efficiently. They are exceptionally accommodating; they even upgraded my room! Special shout-out and much love to Sally and Susan! 3. **Complimentary Breakfast**: Holiday Inn Express's free breakfast is a major highlight. It's a mix of Chinese and Western options, simple but filling, typically including bread, congee, fried noodles, sausages, eggs, fruit, coffee, and juice – enough to fuel you for the day. 4. **Practical Facilities, Family-Friendly**: The rooms are equipped with an LCD TV, air conditioning, electric kettle, desk, and free Wi-Fi. They are clean and tidy, and daily housekeeping is very thorough. Some rooms also have a mini-fridge, which is very useful for storing drinks and fruits in the summer. The hotel's self-service laundry room is a great convenience for long-term travelers.

The service was great! I'm very sensitive to noise, so they quickly moved me to a new room where I slept really well. I do hope they pay more attention to the cleanliness of the room floors and carpets, as they weren't particularly clean. The breakfast fruit was delicious.

This is a very new hotel, conveniently located between Shantang Street and the next subway station. There are new shopping malls and Hema Fresh nearby, making it super convenient with lots of restaurants. The breakfast noodles were good too. The only downside is the small bathroom. You can't fully open the shower door, and the toilet is right next to the sink, which might be a bit cramped for someone with a larger build.

Absolutely fantastic, an amazing stay! A special thank you to the front desk manager for the little gift at check-out. The room was great, just the door needs a little fixing. Overall, a super satisfying experience!
