The hotel ambiance is quite unique, with a Japanese garden feel. The room has a tatami mat and a bathtub, and they provide bath sachets. There's also a mini-fridge, so the facilities are quite complete.

The location is fantastic, right in Shilu, with Shantang Street and the popular market just downstairs. It's super convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. The terrace has a wonderful ambiance, perfect for a relaxing evening sit-down. The slippers were clean and dry, which was a great touch for hygiene. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay. It's definitely worth booking if you're coming to Suzhou.

The hotel's location is excellent. Downstairs, you'll find Suzhou MixC and Shantang Street. It's also conveniently located near attractions like the Humble Administrator's Garden, Suzhou Museum, Xiyuan Temple, Hanshan Temple, Pingjiang Road, and Suzhou Gate. The environment is lovely, and the hygiene is impeccable. The mattress is very comfortable, and the hotel's toiletries are of good quality with a pleasant ocean scent.

The room was surprisingly good, with a lovely Zen-style decor. As soon as you stepped out of the elevator, you could feel a great breeze, so the ventilation was excellent. The room was also very clean, with a platform bed. We booked a room with a balcony, and the balcony was incredibly comfortable, with a fantastic breeze. It's really nice to have a hotel like this in a bustling area. The front desk staff were also very good and had an excellent service attitude. They even gave us a souvenir when we left.

Stumbled upon this private hot spring hotel by chance, and the experience far exceeded my expectations! In the evening, we set up some drinks and snacks in a cozy corner on the terrace. Sipping drinks with the evening breeze, surrounded by fresh flowers – the ambiance was absolutely perfect. The private hot spring experience was very comfortable; the environment was quiet and relaxing, making it ideal for a small gathering with friends or a short getaway. The facilities were clean and comfortable, and it was very photogenic. You truly get that feeling of escaping the city and finding a moment of relaxation here. It’s absolutely perfect for unwinding over the weekend. I'll definitely be back!

The service was exceptional, and the room design was very stylish. The hallway felt cozy and inviting. The room itself was spacious and fully equipped. I especially loved the complimentary fan, which had a lovely Suzhou touch. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Suzhou.

Hygiene: Clean Service: The staff were incredibly friendly and always went the extra mile to help. Although there were a few minor hiccups during our stay, they were all resolved diligently. Environment: The hotel environment is very comfortable, and the hot water supply is excellent. The TV is wall-mounted, making for a comfortable viewing experience. We even received a small gift after checking out, which was a very thoughtful touch. I would definitely come back again if I have the chance! 👍

Its location is superb, just a few minutes' walk from Seven Mile Shantang Street, and the public terrace offers distant views of Suzhou's landmarks. It's perfect for both business trips and family stays. I'd definitely return if I have the chance.
