MEHOOD LESTIE Hotel (Suzhou Guanqian Street Chayuanchang Subway Station)

I brought my girlfriend to Suzhou, and this hotel truly exceeded our expectations! The underground parking was super convenient, and we took the elevator directly to the front desk for check-in. There's a large lounge area next to the front desk where you can relax. Our room even had a big bathtub; we didn't use it, but it looked incredibly comfortable. Plus, their shampoo smelled amazing – I even asked the front desk what brand it was when we checked out. It was a fantastic stay!

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean and tidy. The location is excellent, really convenient for getting around, as the hotel is close to tourist attractions and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, making dining super easy. They even offered complimentary drinks in the room. Definitely worth a visit! 👍👍👍

The front desk staff were all very enthusiastic. Seeing that we had a child, they even upgraded our room to one with a window for free. They were always eager to help with any issues we had. The hallways and rooms are still very spacious. The only thing is that the main entrance is currently under renovation, which makes it look a bit small and less noticeable, but that's just temporary. Overall, it's great value for money!

The location is great, right across from Guanqian Street. You just need to cross an underpass to get to Guanqian Street Pedestrian Street. It's on a main road, so transportation is very convenient. However, the entrance is a bit small and easy to miss. There's a laundry room with three washing machines and three dryers. You don't need to add detergent yourself, it's automatically dispensed, which is pretty convenient. The only downside is that the laundry room itself is quite damp and stuffy. The bedding was clean and comfortable. The hand soap wasn't refilled promptly by the staff. I actually had to take the dispenser out as a hint for them to refill it. But once refilled, the soap was very watery and hard to get onto your hands.

Came to Suzhou with my mom and aunt. Booked this king room for my aunt, and she was very satisfied. The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was excellent! So happy with it!!! Thumbs up!👍🏻

Facilities: Basic amenities are all there. Hygiene: Generally, it's just okay, especially the entrance downstairs, which smells really bad. Environment: Average. Service: Average. I wouldn't recommend the breakfast. It's crowded, there aren't enough seats, the selection is limited, and the quality is mediocre. There are many restaurants downstairs, so you don't need to worry about breakfast. The biggest advantage is the location. It's close to the subway station, attractions, and Guanqian Street, making transportation quite convenient. It's only one subway stop away from the high-speed rail station.

I didn't realize when booking that this room type had an 'inner window' overlooking a dark hallway, which meant there was no natural light in the room. I had to turn on the lights even during the day. Putting the window issue aside, the room itself was spacious, clean, and tidy, with a large TV that supported screen mirroring. The bathroom was reasonably clean. The hotel also has a laundry room and offers coffee and tea. I didn't enjoy the breakfast; it was too crowded and chaotic. I had booked a room with breakfast included, but I skipped it on the second day and went out for noodles instead. Overall, the hotel is good, and the location is perfect. Next time, I might book a room with a window and without breakfast.

Right by the subway station, so getting around is super convenient. The service was great, and the service robot had the cutest voice!
