設施：不錯 都比較新
衞生：每天打掃的都很乾凈
服務：工作人員都超級熱情態度友好 這點最值得誇獎
因為帶着老媽出行，酒店的位置和早餐非常重要，酒店位置很好，出遊坐地鐵特別方便，早餐種類也是蠻豐盛的，唯一不太喜歡的是房間是內置窗，每天回到房間感覺味道都不是很好。

位置距離地鐵站很近，蘇州站也很方便。
房間乾淨，床品舒服，洗浴用品很好聞。採光通風，贈飲料加分。

衞生：衞生很乾凈，每天都會及時打掃
環境：環境也還不錯，因為備註了需要安靜的房間，前台也是做了升級並且安排到了靠近角落的房間！
服務：很周到，入住之後就會打電話告知Wi-Fi密碼，詢問房間是否滿意！
最後非常好的是，這個酒店是給早餐券的，我剛好其中訂的房間是帶兩份早餐，所以兩個早上都有早飯吃！

房間超大，訂單上的要求基本都滿足。房間內設施略簡單，應該再增加椅子和垃圾桶。衞生間地坪比房間地面提高了約30釐米，增加了跌跤風險。離蘇州火車站很近，地鐵四號線三站路，與觀前街衹隔一條人民路，去各主要景區都可以乘地鐵。

酒店地處鬧市中心，緊鄰4號線地鐵，去哪都方便。酒店裝修不久，較新，房間乾淨寬敞，設施配套齊全，就是隔音差了點。前台帥美女服務熱情禮貌 ，態度和藹可親，有求必應。點外賣有機器人送至門口，新鮮可愛。早餐供應豐富多樣，可口衞生。點贊，好評！

環境：斜對面就是觀前街，離拙政園 蘇博，獅子林，山塘街都很近
服務：小哥很熱情，態度很好
設施：設施配不上上面提到的那些：套房衹有兩個茶包，套房兩個房間的控制是一起的，很不方便：燈光內外是一起控，窗簾也是。早上醒了不好開燈開窗。裏面房間有個櫃子，但什麼都沒放，甚至沒有茶包
