Great service! The staff were very thoughtful and attentive. The location is good too, close to all the attractions. I got a discount and snagged a great deal for my first stay at this hotel. The room was just okay. (Forgot to take photos of the hotel, so here's one of the Jushi Lin scenic area instead.)

Facilities: Excellent and comprehensive. Hygiene: Very clean! Environment: Absolutely fine! Service: The service was exceptionally good. I found this hotel on Trip.com while on the high-speed train to Suzhou. Upon arrival, the front desk immediately helped with my luggage and gave us recommendations for baby-friendly tourist spots. The cleaning staff was also very gentle and kind. The room was incredibly clean and tidy. We were so pleasantly surprised when we first arrived that we even joked with the front desk staff, saying their online photos really don't do the place justice! 🤔 We stayed for four consecutive days and were extremely satisfied! We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Suzhou!
