Having stayed in so many hotels, I've never seen such poor service. Delivery drivers were stopped at the gate and not allowed in until I called. While I can understand the front desk refusing room delivery, there was absolutely no solution; guests were forced to pick up their meals from the parcel lockers on the first floor.
