衞生條件不太乾淨，之前在杭州，上海廣州住的經理都很乾凈，尤其是廁所會處理的比較好，但是可能這次不太走住客都是年齡比較大的，光着膀子又抽煙，還腳臭，晚上也睡不好覺的，玩手機到很晚，有的已經開始打鼾。徹夜無眠，早上不到6:00就有人起床，還開燈直接醒了。而且空間太狹窄了，行李都放不了。我一開始還以為會住高樓，男女地址還不一樣。男的住一樓。 地理位置非常方便，看展會很近，但是附近沒什麼早餐吃的。 服務還是非常好的，很熱情

房間是公共的，就是有時候會有點影響，但是大家素質都還不錯，這點不用擔心，實是在蘇州中心的一個小區裏的，小區環境真的很不錯，夏天去涼快，還有小河，真的愛了，如果不介意跟別人一個屋子，真的推薦，我去的時候幾乎都是大學生，素質高，不用怕
