挺好的，和介紹的一樣，就是感覺房間稍微有點小，放東西的地方不太夠，周圍吃飯的地方不太多，地段挺好的，出行方便，服務態度也好。

這次是給家裡長者訂房，考慮酒店離蘇州大學附屬醫院近，長者出遊離醫院近安心一些，看評論還有些擔心，提前給長者打了招呼，結果長者反饋説酒店特別好，給他們升級了房間，房間乾淨明亮，工作人員態度特別好，他們此行也住過幾家中檔酒店，但覺得這家是這次出遊住過酒店裡最好的，非常滿意。

不得不説，這家酒店讓我對格林豪泰徹底絕望，以後再也不會住格林豪泰，不管多少錢！
衞生：入住當天就發現床單被套很多污漬，毛絮，明顯就是上個顧客住完沒換，太噁心了，反饋給前台，竟然是個保安來敲門，嚇我一跳，然後保安説給我鋪個單子行不行，因為該樓層沒有2米床單了，這也能作為理由？最後換了床單，被套還比被子小一塊，就和蓋。
設施：床頭燈關不上，第一晚快睡覺才發現關不上，開了一宿，很影響睡眠，我擔心打前台還是那個大叔保安進來。第二天報修，果不其然，就還是那個保安大叔。可笑的是，早晨早點收拾桌子的還是那個保安大叔，真的好奇，這家酒店是一個人當八個人使嗎？
服務：服務很差，第二天早晨，差幾分9點到餐廳，東西都被洗劫一空了，居然沒有續？我看到門口兩個服務人員還在那拿手機互相看，聊天，我過去跟他説東西都沒了，這才忙活起來，廚房這時候才開始炒菜！等了二十五分鐘，陸陸續續上了一些東西，開始就問了玉米還有嗎？回答説等一會就有，結果快九點半了我看還沒上，我就問了一句玉米還有嗎？沒想到服務員竟然説，這還幾分鐘就結束了，所以不上了！瞬間讓人發怒😡，你是從不到九點就沒有了，不是到九點半才沒有的好嗎？而且後廚的門一直開着，廚師出來拿剩一個底的炒菜盤子，那進去之前把剩菜和新炒的混合在一起又端出來了，舊菜不應該倒了嗎？就一個底了。
環境：環境很差，説是酒店，就跟民宿一樣，還不如民俗，民宿設定簡單至少也比這裏乾淨，這裏衞生差，竟然連水杯都沒有，屋內喝水的，刷牙的配的都是一次性水杯套一個塑料袋，這輩子真是第一次看到這樣的酒店設施，開眼了。

酒店位置很方便，離景區都好近。地鐵出行也很方便，到平江路山塘街打車10幾塊錢，前台服務態度也挺好，還幫我延時退房。 性價比也挺高的。下次還來

有噪音，關上窗户還有一點。打掃得挺好，但是每天都沒有給我放礦泉水。服務態度還不錯，要求都儘量滿足，總之基本滿意。
