My stay was absolutely fantastic, top-notch! Harry at the front desk was very friendly and explained everything clearly. Mr. Zuo and Ms. Lucky from housekeeping were so helpful, taking the time to show me how to use the coffee machine. Serena was excellent, her assistance was spot on 👍 I'd definitely come back if I have the chance. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the lake view from my room, which I booked, was absolutely stunning. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas. The room was spacious and very comfortable upon entering. I'll definitely be returning again. I'd give you a 1,000,000,000/10.

Super convenient for traveling with kids! The twin room I booked for my friend was also very comfortable, with a fantastic view. Be sure to book a lake view room, lake view room, lake view room!!! Important things said three times!!!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right by Jinji Lake. Many thanks to Lris Xiaoyang for the silent room upgrade; the high-floor view of the Ferris wheel and lake was stunning. Check-in was seamless with no waiting; our room was ready upon arrival, and all children's amenities were provided. The breakfast selection was plentiful, and even during the holidays, food was replenished quickly, with no significant queues at the noodle station. During this short stay, I regret not having the chance to use the pool. I hope to return for a longer visit next time.

The room's location is great, offering a lovely night view of Jinji Lake, and the service was also very good. However, as a five-star hotel, the hygiene really needs to be managed more strictly. I usually avoid using hotel towels, but I used one last night. It was dark in the room, so I didn't see how dirty the towel actually was until later! It's truly disappointing and disgusting 🤮. From now on, I really can't use hotel towels again, and I even hesitate to use their toothbrushes!

During the National Day holiday, I stayed at the InterContinental with my family, and overall, it was quite good. The location is excellent, and we chose a king-size room with a view of Jinji Lake. The hotel proactively asked if we had a baby or elderly guests and what our needs were, and they prepared baby amenities and a bathtub accordingly. The photography package included in the hotel deal was also great, with fantastic results, even though it was a rainy day. The overall experience was very good. Nearby, there's Jiuguang Department Store, Eslite Spectrum, and Suzhou Museum of Contemporary Art. Next time, I'll definitely stay for a few more nights to explore Suzhou more thoroughly. Also, the butler and front desk staff were wonderful, especially Cathy Xiao Zuo, who was very nice.

The room was very comfortable, with many smart facilities, including the curtains and toilet. There were also many TV channels. The room and bedding weren't dry, making for a very pleasant stay. The hotel's location is excellent, offering expansive views and beautiful scenery. It's a short, pleasant stroll along the river, less than ten minutes, to reach the lake cruise pier, Jiuguang Department Store, and Eslite Spectrum commercial area. The service was exceptional – just right, not overly intrusive, but attentive to our needs. It felt very well-trained. The breakfast, surprisingly, had noticeable variations over the two days, avoiding the monotonous repetition often found. The indoor pool was also great, with a maximum depth of 1.4 meters, making it very reassuring to swim in. The photos were taken about 5-6 minutes after leaving the hotel, on the edge of Jinji Lake, showing some birds. It seems the ecology here is excellent, as I saw many different birds, even on a rainy day.

This hotel is perfect for family trips. We requested a crib and they even provided baby toiletries and slippers. The location is excellent, right next to Jinji Lake, so we could easily walk there with our baby to enjoy the scenery. The service was incredibly thoughtful; Winnie at the front desk was super friendly and checked in with us regularly to see if we needed anything. The staff who handled our luggage were also very attentive and considerate. Even the doorman helped us with our stroller when there were steps, making it easier for us. We will definitely be back!

The hotel's location is fantastic, very close to Moonlight Bay, and the lake view and city view rooms are beautiful. The service is excellent, especially the room upgrade that made my family very happy! 😃

-When booking the room, I mentioned it was for my husband's birthday trip, and the hotel provided a complimentary birthday cake upon check-in. -The room we booked was a lake view room, and the night view of Jinji Lake and the Ferris wheel was stunning. -On the second day of our stay, the hotel started its hairy crab buffet. All the hairy crabs that night were female, and each one was plump and delicious.
