I frequently visit Jinji Lake, and the InterContinental Hotel is my go-to choice. It's directly across from Jinji Lake and very close to Moonlight Wharf, just over the bridge. This time, I brought my elderly parents for a relaxing trip. My mother had just been discharged from the hospital after a fracture, and due to her bandages, eating and walking were quite difficult. The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating. From check-in, when we booked two rooms, the front desk arranged adjoining rooms for us to easily look after my mother, to both breakfast and dinner buffets, they showed exceptional care. A young man at the dinner buffet even proactively found a cushion for my mother so she could elevate her injured hand (to reduce swelling), showing impressive medical knowledge. Highly recommend! We'll definitely be staying here again. I took photos of a few staff members' names and hope the hotel will commend them!

My experience at InterContinental Suzhou was excellent from start to finish. The room offered a superb view, bringing the beautiful scenery of Jinji Lake right into the room. The facilities were exquisite and felt luxurious. What's even more commendable is the hotel's service quality, especially Lirs, our butler. Her professionalism was top-notch, and her service was incredibly meticulous. She always knew exactly what we needed and was attentive and warm throughout our stay, making our trip exceptionally comfortable and pleasant. This hotel is definitely a top choice for anyone visiting Suzhou.

It was a very satisfying stay. The hotel's facilities are well-maintained, the staff is enthusiastic, and the room directly faces the Gate of the Orient, offering an unobstructed view of Jinji Lake's night scenery. Sarah proactively asked for my check-in time and room preferences, and was very responsive and prompt with her feedback during my stay. I'll definitely come back again if I have the chance.

Our room, 1708, had a great lake view. While it wasn't a premium room, it did come with a large circular bathtub. The cleanliness was good, and the service was excellent – they were very responsive to all our requests. Parking was also convenient for our self-drive trip. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and a lot of fun. Thank you!

This is an older hotel with a great location. The description mentioned a renovation around 2021, and the facilities are decent, nothing spectacular. Regarding service, you can tell the whole hotel is trying to improve guest satisfaction, but many small details still need refining. Given the current tough economic climate, it's understandable, and everyone's having a hard time. I hope things continue to improve for you all.

This was our first trip with our infant, so we chose a well-established five-star hotel hoping for a smooth experience. This InterContinental had both its pros and cons. Pros: Excellent location. As soon as we entered the room, we were greeted with an expansive lake view. There's a large circular bathtub, perfect for baby baths. Cons: Around 8:30 PM that day, while the baby was sleeping, the room phone suddenly rang. It was guest relations calling to check on our stay. The sudden ringing startled the baby so much... and it scared me too! I don't understand why they had to call at that hour; even if we hadn't been sleeping, it would have been a shock. The dust on the night light strip in the room was very noticeable when the light was on.

An excellent stay for families with kids! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, perfectly suited for families traveling with children. It's located right by Jinji Lake, which is super convenient for walks and letting the kids play – they absolutely loved it. The breakfast and afternoon tea in the Executive Lounge offer stunning lake views while you dine, really enhancing the whole experience. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit. Plus, having Michelin and Black Pearl restaurants on the ground floor and top floor makes dining incredibly easy.

Everything is spot on. The amenities are new and spotless. The surrounding area is charming too. The highlight is the very polite staff. Jennifer at the front desk is very attentive and always cares for our family, making our stay so comfortable. Outstanding service.

The hotel's location is excellent; everywhere you look outside is a scenic spot, and great food is easily accessible. We also had a travel photoshoot experience, and the photographer was fantastic at taking pictures and guiding our poses. It was a wonderful experience overall.

I've booked InterContinental several times now, and the location and ambiance are excellent. It's right by Jinji Lake, offering views of the lake and the Ferris wheel. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the service is great too.

Before I even checked in, the hotel's concierge reached out to me on WeChat, so any requests I had were easily taken care of. The service was thoughtful and meticulous. I stayed on a high floor, and Jinji Lake was right there before my eyes, absolutely beautiful.

Her professionalism stood out; check-in was handled skillfully and quickly, with great attention to detail.
