You NEED to go to this hotel. This exceeded all of our expectations, especially bc of : the incredible, huge garden including amazing places, the really kind service. Please when you arrive book your Hanfu/cheongsam experience, one waiter told me it wasn't needed and the other yes. The cruise ship was at 55 ¥. The Hanfu experience was really good but for the free 1-hour version you have little choice and very basic hanfus. In the end to get an excellent result we ended up paying around 120 USD for 35 edited pictures, which i feel was more to attract people. Cleaning service was really good and kind. Water always provided. The soaps/shampoos smelled so good and were soft. The breakfast was good in my opinion with various choice.

The place is huge. The route to hotel room is like a mini maze 😂. Room is nice with a garden view. Breakfast area is great and with many varieties to choose from. It will be great if they could provide kids bedroom slippers and toothbrush. They can do more like sweeping the rain water at the area outside the lobby where guests are waiting for the transport. It was raining and the water was somehow like flooding the area. May need to consider building a shelter instead of having 2 temporary shelter when guests walk out from the lobby.

Friendly staff very helpful, room is big and clean. Overall value for money and will recommend to friends, definitely will come again.

First off I will say that this is not just a hotel, it is like a whole mini residence with inside-outside pool, 2 big tourist attractions (one scentic view and a pagoda), restaurants, shops, etc. It is very luxurious for the price but also it is a very old although well maintained building. You will see a lot of singaporeans, especially on the weekends. One thing I would say is if you can, pick a room on the 3rd floor or above. Windows do not open fully so it is hard to air out the room on the ground floor. You have all necessities, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, iron, a laundry room, etc. Breakfast and honestly all meals are really really extravagant. Free hanfu service (not including makeup) and lots of beautiful places for photos and history. The italian restaurant inside was also very delicious. We traveled as a couple but there were a lot of families staying here as well.

Amazing hotel with very friendly staff. Very clean and great water pressure in the showers! Would definitely recommend for a weekend getaway for locals as well as for tourists on holiday!

At first, I thought the hotel would be like any typical five star hotel. However, the moment we stepped inside, I was transported to old Suzhou by the hotel’s stunning, grand, and magnificent architecture. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Elena, who went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible room and experience. She made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully blended Suzhou-style elements. All the staff were professional, kind, and helpful. An amazing feature was the easy access to the Pan Scenic area located right next to the hotel. Even after our trip, we still talk about how amazing the hotel was. Thank you, Pan Pacific and Elena, for making our visit to Suzhou truly magical. We’re definitely looking forward to coming back again!

We came to Suzhou for the weekend to enjoy the beautiful gardens and charm of the city. The Pan Pacific was the perfect place for us to stay to do this. It was an easy trip to the Humble Administrators Garden and the access to the Panmen park was great for a night walk. We are a family of four and stayed in a family suite very comfortably. The morning breakfast was also the perfect start for our adventure filled days.

Stayed here recently and couldn’t be more impressed. The check-in process was smooth and efficient! Also thanks to 李小景李海侠 for their housekeeping services. Housekeeping clearly takes great pride in their work — the linens were fresh, the bathroom was impeccably clean, and everything was neatly arranged and well-maintained.

Rooms are spacious, well appointed with traditional decor and modern amenities. The hotel’s prime location offers free access to Panmen Gate and easy walks to Guanqian Street, gardens, and metro stations.

We stayed at a family room. It was very spacious and had pool view. 4 washing machines and 4 dryers in the laundry room was really great for the hotel guests. I wish there were more laundry baskets to hold washed/dried clothings.

Lovely hotel with beautiful grounds which is even more stunning at night - there is a photo opportunity at every corner that you don't even need to go elsewhere.

Amazing stay, very traditional building but very clean. Having direct access to panmen was great, quiet night strolls there. The location is a bit far from the city center but theres a great 24 hr suzhou noodle right in front & a mall nearby. The breakfast was normal.

Great accommodation with wide spread of food for breakfast. Enjoyed the golf simulator and the gym facilities. The service was superb. Special mention to the staff name 田勇 who was very thoughtful and provided lots of support during our stay! Will visit again.
