Renaissance Suzhou Hotel

The hotel boasts an excellent location right next to Central Park and within easy reach of the subway, making it convenient for sightseeing. The lobby is beautifully designed, with an elegant, warm, and comfortable atmosphere that connects to the lobby bar and the Flame restaurant. The Renaissance Chinese Restaurant (Wanli Xuan) also has a fantastic ambiance, delicious food, and reasonable prices, making it a great spot for a meal. The guest rooms are about 40 square meters, well-laid out, and fully equipped. The two 1.4-meter-wide beds are particularly good, with high-quality bedding ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. The shower head setup provides good water pressure, and I especially liked the adjustable handheld shower. The large bottles of toiletries have a pleasant scent, which was a nice touch. Overall, it's a truly wonderful place for a vacation, with great food, drinks, and activities!

The hotel is nice. Although the room isn't huge, it's very thoughtfully decorated, and the soft furnishings are of high quality. Customer service agent Xiao Du was incredibly attentive and helpful; five stars for her service! The breakfast was also good, and the sweet porridge was delicious.

On a business trip to Suzhou, the hotel's location is excellent, with many restaurants nearby. Our butler, Doris, even made a pre-call to discuss the room in advance. She's very knowledgeable about Suzhou and helped me avoid some hassles. Overall, my stay was quite good. Thank you, Doris!
