Excellent location, and very clean! The breakfast buffet was fantastic! There was also a male manager, around his forties, who was very kind and helpful! Thumbs up!

The front desk service was good, absolutely no complaints there, and the maintenance engineer was also very polite. However, the room I stayed in really wasn't up to par. The bathroom door wouldn't close properly, and the shower faucet was clogged with no water coming out. They need to fix these issues quickly so other guests don't suddenly find themselves unable to shower in the middle of the night. On the bright side, breakfast was still plentiful and quite good.

The room cleaning was a huge problem. The mirrors weren't wiped, there was booger on the bathroom wall, and the room, coffee table, and bathroom were all full of bugs! I was so afraid bugs would crawl on me while I slept! There were even bugs *on the coffee table. Coming all the way back from overseas to stay at this Wyndham hotel in Suzhou was such a disappointment. I thought Wyndham was a reputable chain and would have good hygiene, but I was so let down! Good thing I checked out quickly. The hotel didn't even have a robot. Although the staff offered a complimentary breakfast, it didn't solve the issue. I'm utterly speechless.

The hotel kindly upgraded my room for free to a much larger one with a window. The location is excellent, making it convenient to get around, and there are plenty of dining options on Guanqian Street. Great value for money!

This hotel has been open for some years, and you can see signs of age; the carpets are a bit old, and the wallpaper in the bathroom is peeling in places. Its advantages are very prominent: it's next to the subway, close to Guanqian Street and Pingjiang Road, making it very convenient for getting around and sightseeing. The overall design and decor are grand and stylish, and the pricing is quite reasonable. After checking in, I didn't smell any strange odors, and the overall experience was acceptable. Friends who prioritize location can consider this place.

However, the grand lobby, spacious parking lot, and large accommodation corridors with an atrium… twenty years ago, this would have been considered excellent. **Service:** All staff wear suits and uniforms and are very polite. After 20 years, the service quality is still top-notch. **Location:** Everything is within walking distance. It's about a 10-minute walk to Xuanmiao Temple and less than 15 minutes to the entrance of Pingjiang Road. **Room Condition:** The facilities are old, but it's very clean. Details like the spotless bathroom, complimentary umbrella, and the neatly folded start of the toilet paper roll (easy to access) all speak to the level of service and management. I even took a close-up photo of the bathroom floor tiles – the cleanliness is evident. Before checking into this hotel, I saw quite a few negative reviews, and the fear of a bad experience lingered. However, the hotel's excellent location was too hard to pass up, so I decided to give it a try. **Overall:** The facilities are outdated, but the service hasn't dropped. It's suitable for travelers who don't seek luxury accommodation. I sincerely hope the hotel gets a renovation soon to welcome guests with a fresh new look.

Checked in on the 27th, and when I went to sleep at night, I found bloodstains on the sheets. It seems they weren't changed. When Ctrip customer service contacted them, they couldn't even explain who left the bloodstains.

The hotel's biggest plus is its excellent location – it's super convenient for getting to all the major attractions. The housekeeping staff are really friendly and always greet you warmly, and we were even able to get a late check-out. On the downside, the facilities are a bit old. The lock between our two rooms was broken, the air conditioning was quite noisy, and the soundproofing wasn't great. The biggest inconvenience, however, was ordering takeout; there's no robot delivery service, so we had to go downstairs ourselves to pick it up. This really doesn't match the standard you'd expect from a 5-star hotel.

I booked this hotel for Zhou Shen's concert in Suzhou. I saw some reviews mentioning that the facilities were old, but I thought, 'How old could a Wyndham be?' Turns out, everyone was right. The room was really run-down and had a strange smell. Luckily, I only stayed one night.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! This is by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I booked it immediately after seeing it was a Wyndham, without checking the reviews, and it turned out to be a huge mistake! The conditions are completely unworthy of a Wyndham. It looks like a typical 3-star hotel from 20 years ago, and they still dare to call it 5-star. The only thing that might reach a 5-star standard is the two pairs of slippers; everything else isn't even worth one star. Let me list the reasons for my terrible stay; I didn't sleep well all night. 1. The room was infested with insects! Just look at the shocking videos and photos below – the walls and sheets were covered in bugs. The electronic mosquito repellent did absolutely nothing. This is the first time I've encountered something so ridiculous in a hotel. 2. The sheets were filthy, with several large black stains! Recent news has exposed many hotels for not changing sheets between guests, and this hotel clearly confirms it. Look at the photos below for proof! 3. There is absolutely no soundproofing whatsoever. The footsteps from upstairs sounded like drumming, and I could hear conversations from next door crystal clear. Several times, I thought my own phone was vibrating, only to realize with horror that it was actually next door's. It's utterly absurd! 4. There isn't even a delivery robot. If you order takeout, you have to go downstairs to pick it up yourself. What era are we in? AI is widespread now. Which hotel in China doesn't have a delivery robot? They've been common for years! Well, this hotel doesn't have one! 5. The interior furnishings are incredibly basic and run-down! Look at the pictures; the wallpaper is peeling and water-damaged. There's only one two-pin power outlet in the entire room, and other things are just too awful to mention. Many standard amenities that hotels provide nowadays are missing. This place is worse than even the most basic Hanting hotel; it's not even worth one or two hundred yuan. 6. It must really be an old building, because the water pressure from the tap was extremely low, and the hot water kept fluctuating between hot and cold. 7. The service was mediocre, with not a single polite word spoken.
