Youngor Central Hotel

Excellent location, right next to Guanqian Street. The room was well-equipped and clean, and the housekeeping staff was diligent with extended stays. The service was also great. The only minor drawback was that the air conditioning wasn't very effective, and I often felt warm.

My trip to Suzhou was fantastic, and this hotel was a delightful surprise! I honestly expected something pretty standard for a little over 300 RMB during the busy May Day holiday, but the service felt five-star in every aspect. They offer free Qipao experiences daily, and I loved wearing one to take photos at nearby attractions – it really set the mood. The room was spotlessly clean, and the front desk lady was incredibly warm, attentive, and had such a pleasant voice. She even treated us to complimentary breakfast for two. Speaking of breakfast, it was excellent and we were very impressed. The hotel's location is truly prime, right on Guanqian Street, making it incredibly convenient to get to all the sights. In the evenings, it was lovely to stroll along Guanqian Street and shop for local specialties. Oh, and the famous Manhao Pavilion baozi (steamed buns) in Suzhou are right next door, literally a two-minute walk! We loved them so much that we bought 32 baozi from Manhao Pavilion at the end of our trip and brought them back on the high-speed train. All in all, my Suzhou trip was perfect!

The hotel's location is a bit far from the subway, about 700 meters. However, it's very close to Guanqian Street, with plenty of food options nearby. The facilities and cleanliness are generally mediocre and quite average, and the breakfast is nothing special either. The hotel staff were quite rigid and their service wasn't good.

You can indeed see the Gate of the Orient, but it's partially obstructed. The hotel's location is great, making it convenient to get anywhere in the city center! There are all sorts of food options downstairs nearby, which is a big plus. The only downside is that the room on the second day was a bit small, and it didn't have a smart toilet.

The location is excellent, right on Guanqian Street. It's also convenient to take the subway and easy to get to attractions like Humble Administrator's Garden, Suzhou Museum, and Shantang Street. Even though the street outside is bustling, it wasn't noisy at night, making for a good night's sleep. Highly recommended!

Fantastic location! It's just a 2-minute walk to Guanqian Street Pedestrian Street and a 5-minute walk to Pingjiang Road Pedestrian Street. The room was spacious, clean, and had no strange odors. They also provided complimentary fruit daily.

The service was incredibly attentive, warm, and thoughtful. They answered every question and fulfilled every request. What really touched me was that during my stay, it was my birthday, and housekeeping even sent a birthday card and red wine – so heartwarming! The breakfast was very rich, the pastries were exquisite, and there were even Suzhou local specialties. 👍 I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Suzhou and will recommend it to my friends and family.

I brought my mom to Suzhou and this hotel's location is fantastic. It's right by a commercial district, so food and shopping are super convenient. Plus, there's the Xuanmiao Temple, which dates back to the Western Jin Dynasty, right there. The hotel offers a free qipao experience, which was perfect for taking photos while exploring the various gardens. They also have delivery robots, so you don't have to go downstairs to pick up your takeout – incredibly convenient! What I loved most was the big bathtub in the room. After a day of traveling, a nice hot bath was wonderfully relaxing. At first, I thought there were no disposable tub liners, so I even ordered some extra ones. But then, it seemed the cleaning staff noticed I was using the tub, because every day they started leaving a tub liner next to it! Also, I initially thought they didn't provide shower caps, but after checking out, I found out you just have to ask for them...
