Suzhou Citadines Xinghai Apartment Hotel Reviews

This is my second stay .It has an excellent location near Suzhou Centre and Jinji lake . The staff at the front desk are extremely helpful.I did not arrive on the first day i'd booked and they managed to contect ctrip and get my booking changed which I really appreciated .

I was very satisfied with this apartment hotel. It included breakfast, and the room was clean and spacious, with elegant surroundings. The washing machine and dryer, however, were a bit expensive to use. It's perfect for a solo business trip.

Facilities: Although the house is a bit old, it's very clean and tidy with spacious rooms. Hygiene: Excellent hygiene, clean and comfortable. Environment: The location is superb, offering views of Jinji Lake and not far from the subway station. Service: Great service, and the breakfast was incredibly rich and delicious. Highly recommended!

This stay was absolutely fantastic! I have to give it a huge shout-out! I especially want to thank Abbott and Linda at the front desk! Not only was the check-in process super fast, done in just a few minutes, but they were also incredibly thoughtful and upgraded us for free to a high floor. From there, we had an amazing view of the Gate of the Orient right outside our window – truly breathtaking and boosted our happiness instantly! The room itself didn't disappoint either. It was spotless and tidy everywhere, with great attention to detail, making our stay very comfortable. Plus, the breakfast spread was varied and delicious; we enjoyed a satisfying meal every morning~ This excellent experience has already been recommended to all my friends, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time! 🥳💯

The front desk staff were very welcoming, making the entire check-in process very pleasant. They also offer free self-parking. The room facilities were very complete, and the cleanliness was meticulous. It was a very satisfying stay, and I personally highly recommend it! The hotel also features a gym, laundry room, book corner, entertainment (billiards, board games), a conference hall, and refreshments – it felt very cozy! The lemonade was delicious, and the tea was nice and hot! They even gave us a free room upgrade! The duck blood vermicelli soup was a unique local specialty!

We stayed in Citadines for a week before our flight since we were relocating. The entire staff was all very accommodating and supportive 5*. If you move to Suzhou or leave Suzhou and have a few days to bridge, definitely recommend the place. Location is perfect and the hotel was clean and nice. Will be back when I come here on a visit.

Good value for money. Gym and breakfast limited but big rooms and friendly staff. Would for sure stay here again in the future.

Everything was great. The bed was very comfortable. Facilities: It would be perfect if there were nightstands for convenience. Hygiene: Very clean and fresh, no unpleasant odors. Environment: The room was a bit cold, so I had to leave the air conditioning on all night.

I invited some friends over and we stayed at this apartment hotel. It had a fridge, stove, and cooking utensils, so we could whip up some small dishes, which made it feel just like home. The only drawback was that the breakfast selection was really limited.

Candy at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The hotel's location is great, close to the subway entrance, and taxis are easily accessible. It's clean and tidy.

The hotel facilities are new and clean, which is great. The soundproofing is good, so it won't affect your sleep. The only thing is that the internet speed is not fast enough and needs improvement. The front desk staff provide excellent service; they are friendly and efficient.

Located in a residential area, it's relatively quiet, and the public areas are very clean. But why do they charge extra for laundry? The Citadines in Nanjing, where I stayed, didn't charge for it. Atour and Hanting hotels now offer free washing and drying.
