The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. There was also a mini-fridge. In the evening, the hotel even brought complimentary yogurt and snacks. The check-in process was very friendly and they completely met my request for a non-smoking and quiet room. This is one of the reasons I always love coming to Suzhou. There are many beautiful, swimming koi inside, and the small waterfall adds a charming touch.

Not a 5 stars hotel. In gym, there was no wipes to clean the equipments...not good with the Covid. Also, no drinking water.

Good traditional hotel with a bit of old money vibe (e.g. in terms of service quality). Convenient location that's within walking distance from metro station and some famous restaurants.

Recommended by a local friend to book this hotel and the experience was amazing. Everyone in the hotel is so friendly and warm, always ready to provide assistance. Love the garden and the pond. Superb!

The stay at hotel was great! Close to metro station and to old town! Amenities are well maintained with a touch of Suzhou traditional culture. Breakfast is mainly oriental. Good place to stay and could consider again on next visit

This time I brought my children out. Since we came all the way from Changzhou and Wuxi, we changed several hotels. This hotel is excellent in terms of environment, hygiene, service and breakfast. I took my parents to travel during the May Day holiday. Overall it was good. The hotel has convenient parking. It is very close to the subway entrance. The location is quite convenient to go anywhere. The room is also quite clean. Fish food was given so the children can feed the fish I don't know if it was a late-night snack bar or a KTV across the street at night. A group of people kept making noise until 3 o'clock and I couldn't fall asleep. I booked two other rooms. There were five adults in total, including my parents. The room included four meal coupons. Children under 120cm were not charged for breakfast. I wanted to send one more, but it was not available. I hope it can be more humane.

As an old luxury hotel, the guest rooms are indeed not too new. But the room was clean. When checking in, there is fish food for the children, the breakfast is also very rich, and the location is good and close to the subway. Beyond expectations
