The room was spacious and well-equipped. It's an old mansion of a prefect, full of history and culture. It's very close to Humble Administrator's Garden, Lion Grove Garden, Lingering Garden, and Suzhou Museum. At night, we strolled along Pingjiang Road old street. There was an outdoor balcony. The young lady staff was very thoughtful and meticulously recommended sightseeing routes. We were given a complimentary exquisite breakfast, and free fruits and snacks. Before we left, she helped with our luggage and even gave us a souvenir gift. It was super heartwarming!

The room was incredibly spacious and stylish, with a luxurious and very comfortable feel. The service was fantastic – they even reminded us and allowed us to check in early. Since we were traveling with friends, they also gave us essential oil soaps and complimentary breakfast, which we didn't end up eating, but the gesture was much appreciated. Overall, the service was excellent, and the cleanliness was top-notch. Lovely little hotel. Very nice design. Girls at the reception helped us bring luggage to the room as it was second floor with no lift. Nice terrace overlooking the roofs. Lovely touches like fruits and chinese tea with cute cups. Nice shower, clean room. Comfy bed. Basic chinese breakfast. Very close to the touristy areas. Beautiful friendly cat lives there. I really hope he is not stuck in his little room all the time. Tiny bit noise from the street and neighbours coming back late at night but not a big issue. Took a taxi back to the train station for something like 2€. Would stay again!

This was the best hotel of our trip in terms of service and ambiance. The front desk service was superb, and the breakfast was excellent with a great location. It's about an 8-minute walk to Humble Administrator's Garden and only 10 minutes to the Suzhou Museum (which is right next to Humble Administrator's Garden). Highly recommended!
