I chose this hotel because I was attending a concert and needed to catch an early high-speed train the next day. It's super convenient, right by Suzhou Station's North Plaza, you can see it as soon as you exit. There's also a subway nearby, so the location is fantastic for transportation. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the bed was quite cozy. I requested a room with a window, and while it was a little noisy being street-facing, it didn't affect my sleep. Overall, it was a good stay.

The hotel's location is right outside Suzhou Station, very close. It's super convenient to get to all the attractions by subway. The front desk staff were really friendly, and the hotel was very clean. The breakfast restaurant is a bit small, and there aren't many seats.

The room itself is quite good. Even though it's an older hotel, about 10 years old, there are no strange odors, and it's spotlessly clean. The location is excellent, very close to the train station and subway, making getting around super convenient. It's just a few minutes by taxi to Humble Administrator's Garden and Suzhou Museum, and also easy to get to the Bai Juyi Wharf. For high-speed rail, it's only about a 10-15 minute ride. It's really ideal for both leisure and business travelers.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, just about 100 meters from Suzhou Station, making it ideal for business travelers catching a train. The breakfast spread is very generous, saving time in the morning if you need to catch an early train. The rooms are also very quiet.

It's simple yet elegant, with a great sense of design. The common areas are clean and tidy, with plenty of greenery, making it perfect for photos. ✅ Hygiene & Details: The hygiene is top-notch! The guest rooms are odor-free, corners are dust-free, and the towels and bedding are spotlessly white and soft. Disinfection is thorough. The cleaning staff are meticulous with their service and replenish supplies promptly, making for a very reassuring stay.

A very good experience! The hotel is clean and well-organised. It’s located right next to Suzhou railway station and the taxi rank. Despite being close to public transport, my room wasn’t noisy at all.

The room was spotless. We got a free upgrade to a better room type and complimentary breakfast, which was also very generous. The location is absolutely perfect – just a short walk right from Suzhou Station. It's also super close to the taxi stand. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming too.

We stay here in April 2026, the location is not bad as its only a few hundred metres from Suzhou railway station only. However, cars are not allowed to stop around the area, else the car drivers can get summon. As we were not aware of the situations and not being informed, the didi driver dropped us at quite a distance away from the hotel on the first day of stay at the hotel. Another downside is that the hotel is a bit old and the design of the hotel is dark theme, the light controls in the room isn't functioning very well too.

The hotel's location is super convenient; we checked in right after getting off the high-speed train at Suzhou Station, which was great. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and they quickly addressed any issues we had. I also want to praise the hotel breakfast—it was much better than expected, with a wide variety of options.
