Hilton Suzhou New District

I was upgraded to a room on the 2nd floor with a beautiful view. What really blew me away was the hotel lobby – the design aesthetics are just incredible, absolutely stunning! The whole hotel is filled with lush greenery, giving you a real vacation vibe. The breakfast was Western style, not really to my taste, but the environment was definitely amazing. The food near the hotel, especially the chicken wontons, was surprisingly good – I'll definitely be having them again next time! The service was also great, and they even have a shuttle bus.

I chose this pet-friendly hotel for my Dragon Boat Festival stay. The room was quite spacious and bright, with a balcony, and there was an elevator. Service: Excellent! They proactively helped with my luggage and brought it to the room. Typical Hilton standard service. Ambiance: Absolutely beautiful. Facilities: It would have been even better if there was a bidet.

The hotel's location is great, right across from a fruit picking orchard and the Shushan Ecological Village. The environment is peaceful, and the air quality is excellent! The room is comfortable, and the staff are incredibly responsive to every request. They even personally delivered our takeout orders late at night.

Getting to and from the room requires a buggy, and you have to call for one, which is really inconvenient. There are very few dining options nearby, so you have to walk quite a distance. The surrounding area is mostly orchards, and there's a strong, unpleasant smell of fertilizer. The front desk service was subpar, possibly the worst I've encountered at a Hilton. Breakfast at 88 per person is definitely not worth the price; it falls far short of five-star hotel standards. I won't be staying here again.

I booked this hotel because of its beautiful garden, but it turned out to be quite an experience. 1. On the first day, I had just finished showering in my room and wasn't dressed when housekeeping came to deliver fruit. I told them to leave it at the door, but to my shock, they just pushed the door open and walked right in! I don't know why they could just open it. I screamed, "Someone's here! Someone's here!" The door was wide open before the person finally stopped and left the fruit outside. 2. Later, I checked and found out the door lock was broken. 3. The next day, I was moved to a different room, but the TV was broken. At night, I couldn't turn it off, and the bright light was really annoying. I tried calling the front desk, but no one answered. I ended up having to cover the TV with a bath towel. The service was truly terrible.

The room was clean and tidy, with good ventilation, strong privacy, and excellent soundproofing. The layout was quite comfortable, in a Chinese style, and the terrace offered great views. The hotel has a wonderful natural environment, with beautiful scenery at every turn, making it quiet and comfortable – perfect for a relaxing getaway.

We booked this hotel for our trip to Emerald Lake. It's nestled within the Shushan Scenic Area, offering a truly elegant environment. Individual villas are scattered around a large lake, and sitting on the balcony enjoying the flowers and moon provides a unique charm! You can even spot a beautiful lychee tree from the covered bridge leading to the lobby.

The room was clean and the surrounding area was very friendly, great for a walk. The restaurant food was also delicious and affordable! Next time I come, it's surrounded by lush greenery, and the nearby tourist environment is also excellent, with hiking trails and a thousand-acre pear orchard. Fantastic!
