Regarding your question about the front desk service, we have clearly stated on all major booking platforms that the guesthouse is self-check-in, there is no one at the front desk, but our online concierges respond promptly to every message you send and assist you as soon as possible. As for the location, the guesthouse is just a short walk from Guanqian Street, the very heart of Suzhou's city center; no guest has ever complained about it being remote. Perhaps you are a foreign guest and not yet familiar with the surrounding area; we hope you will discover its unique charm next time! Regarding the comfort of the bedding, we carefully selected it based on feedback from most guests. We don't know if you found it too firm; if so, if you had contacted us on the day of your stay, we would have arranged for a cleaning lady to come and provide you with an extra sheet, but you didn't mention it. Regarding the issue of the door being left open, our concierge has confirmed that the door is normal; it's possible you didn't close it properly, and the draft blew it open. Regarding the hot water issue for showering, you are worrying about something that didn't happen. We are truly helpless; there was no problem with hot water during your stay. If such a problem had occurred, we would definitely have handled and resolved it!

Response from Property: 尊敬的賓客您好，很高興與您見面！敍姑蘇民宿客房均位於古城區，毗鄰蘇州歷史博物館、平江路、山塘街、觀前街等蘇州熱門景區景點，附近景點步行10分鐘左右即可到達；民宿附近還有地鐵1號線4號線，步行3.5分鐘即可。周邊餐飲店、便利店、蛋糕店蘇州之美在於悠久的歷史韻味，敍姑蘇之美在於融合在錯落的粉牆黛瓦間卻不失自身風味。敍姑蘇民宿期待與您再次相遇，祝您福泰安康，平安順遂！
