The family room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and quiet. The breakfast was very nice, with a lot of variety and the food was delicious.

A quiet respite away from the beautiful lively colorful Tongli old town. The serene lake view from the room was fabulous! Wished I had more time to walk around the lake and use the pool and gym. The spa packs and offers were a great touch! Definitely, worthy of a return!

The resort is located in a lovely spot on Lake Tongli and is very cosy and relaxing. It is surrounded by greenery and is ideal for family trips/wellness breaks. The rooms are bright and very well maintained. We were also offered a free upgrade. We checked in late in the evening and the restaurant very kindly served us a light dinner. I don't know if the hotel receives many European guests, they speak little English at the reception.

A beautiful hotel with friendly staff. I was upgraded and had a lovely view of Tongli lake. Breakfast was brought to the room as the restuarants were still closed(covid restrictions). Good location, if you are looking for a quiet getaway. A bit far out from most of the Suzhou attraction, but close to Tongli Ancient Town. Will definitely be a good choice once all amenities are restored.

The room was clean and tidy, the front desk service was excellent, and we were upgraded to a different room type for free. The view was beautiful, and the hotel also had a tea room and a chess and card room. The leisure facilities were very complete, and it was also very close to the scenic area.

This stay was a great experience. We originally booked a family room, but were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a lake-view suite! We arrived late, and the staff patiently brought us bedtime porridge, welcome fruit, and foot bath supplies. The butler, Xiao Song, was very attentive and escorted us directly to our room.

Adding the front desk on WeChat is very convenient, and Yiting's service was particularly meticulous. Sachet making and various other experiences can be booked at any time. Evening foot baths and bedtime porridge are delivered to the room. The whole family, young and old, was extremely satisfied. 👍

I experienced morning classes and moxibustion, which were very good. The breakfast was also very rich. I tried a little bit of everything and the ingredients were very fresh. The environment is super good. It would be perfect if there was a shuttle bus to the ancient town. No one took the taxi within 3 kilometers, and it was a bit far to walk.

The housekeeper, Ms. Liu Yiting, was incredibly sweet and provided exceptional service! The room included a foot bath and bedtime porridge. There was also a small courtyard, and the teddy bears in the common areas were adorable 😊 This hotel in Tongli is definitely a safe bet!

The hotel is built by the lake, with complete facilities and convenient parking. They also offer free moxibustion treatments, and the attentive care of the butler, Xiao Yang, makes guests feel truly welcome.

The hotel is located next to Tongli Lake. On clear days, gazing at the shimmering water, the green willows lining its shores, and the dark-tiled, white-walled Jiangnan houses in the distance is truly a delightful experience. The hotel staff was very friendly and, considering the heavy rain and the dampness of my originally booked family room on the first floor, they proactively upgraded me. They also provided welcome fruit, porridge, and a traditional Chinese medicine foot bath, which was a very thoughtful touch. The hotel room was spacious and bright, with comprehensive amenities. The breakfast was also very hearty, and my favorite was the freshly made wontons. Five points!
