W Suzhou

This time I chose the W Hotel in Suzhou, mainly because their twin beds are 1.5 meters wide, which is perfect for a family of three (with an older child)! To my surprise, it exceeded expectations. First, the hotel's location is ideal for getting around, with direct access to Suzhou Center from the third floor, solving all our dining, drinking, and shopping needs! Second, the service was excellent. Eli was truly warm and thoughtful, proactively helping an elderly gentleman in need and attentively asking if we needed breakfast or a late check-out. Third, the room rate offered great value for money. It was a perfect trip, and I was able to accomplish my own tasks smoothly! P.S. It was incredibly lucky to run into my long-lost mentor at the W! Thank you, I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Suzhou!

The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and everything was exquisitely prepared. The combinations recommended by Regina were perfectly to my taste. The hotel's dining is truly excellent.

This was my first time staying at Suzhou Grand Hotel. The breakfast was plentiful, the environment was beautiful, and the staff member Kimi had an excellent attitude. I'll definitely stay here again next time. Plus, it's very conveniently located near Suzhou Center, which is a big bonus!

Highly recommend the lake-view room at W Suzhou! The high-floor, panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offer an unbeatable view – you can lie in bed and look directly out at Jinji Lake and the Gate of the Orient. The room is clean and modern, and soaking in the bathtub by the window while enjoying the night view creates an amazing ambiance. The front desk and service staff are all gentle and attentive. The location provides direct access to Suzhou Center, making it super convenient for getting around and dining.

The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the toiletries had a luxurious scent. Regina's check-in guidance made a first-time guest feel right at home.

The pool and fitness area were clean and bright. Regina proactively informed me of the operating hours, and the service response was incredibly fast.

Our butler, Eli, provided excellent service! They were very polite and conversational. It was a great experience, and we'll definitely be back next time. Highly recommend!
