The hotel is in a great location and it's very easy to hail a cab. Check-in was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff were thoughtful and quick to respond to any questions. The room was spotless—not a speck of dust even in the corners. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing for a quiet, uninterrupted night's sleep until morning. The room was well-equipped with plenty of hot water. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, including hot dishes, noodles, and fresh fruit—both filling and delicious.

The location is very close to Panmen Gate. After exiting the underpass and crossing the bridge, it's about 500 meters. The surrounding area is quiet, making it suitable for a night visit to Panmen Gate with children. There are several restaurants nearby, so dining is convenient. The subway is right next door, which is extremely handy.

A pleasant trip is made even better when you choose the right accommodation, and Atour was a delightful surprise this time around. After a long day of traveling, stepping into the lobby instantly eased my weariness. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were gentle and polite. Entering the room, the cleanliness was very satisfying; the floors, countertops, and bathroom were all spotless. The bedding was soft and comfortable, providing an excellent sleeping experience. After a full day of sightseeing, I was able to sleep soundly until morning. The room's lighting modes were a thoughtful touch, perfect for getting up at night or resting, showing great attention to detail. The breakfast quality was excellent, with a rich variety of options. Every morning, I enjoyed a hearty breakfast, feeling energized to go out and explore. What touched me the most was the late-night congee service. After returning from sightseeing at night, a bowl of hot congee warmed both my stomach and my heart. The self-service laundry and drying facilities were fully equipped, which is very friendly for travelers, eliminating worries about changing clothes. Throughout my stay, there was no rigid, assembly-line feel often found in hotels; instead, it felt more like the warmth of home. Whether traveling alone or with companions, this place is very suitable, and I sincerely recommend it to friends visiting the area.

I think it's great, and very quiet, no noise at all. The bath towels and hand towels are disposable, which made me feel very comfortable using them. The front desk service was also good, they even gave me a cup.

Parking was free, and they even gave us Suzhou gifts. When we left, they gave us 4 bottles of water for the road, making it an excellent choice for a road trip. Highly recommended!
